Easy access, 5 min drive to shopping area, with Central and Western food, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, basically to meet the needs of life.Bus 402 is a 5 minute walk away, and a 17 minute ride to downtown Richmond.Opposite downtown is Sky Station, 27 min ride to downtown Vancouver.YVR Vancouver International Airport is an 11-minute drive from the house. Richmond City famous attractions: Fisherman's Wharf, 8 minutes drive (leisurely street, lots of special food, enjoy breakfast and dinner, you can also watch the sunrise and sunset, taste the North American wild seafood caught by fishermen on the boats at the wharf).⛷Skiing is available in winter and spring, and the nearest ski resort is about 1 hour away by car.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for small group trips, located near the heart of steveston area. The unit is around 400 sqft. Newly renovated rooms in historic Steveston with new flooring, furniture and appliances. A short walk to the wharf, shops, many dining options, Garry Point and the west dyke. The rooms are part of the main house, but private and separate. You will have your own entrance to access the unit. With a smart lock, you will have a great experience checking in and out.
