Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Home on a nature plot

Stay in the countryside in our wooden house of 140 m ². The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, which can be merged into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m ² with many cozy nooks and a fire pit. We have 15 hens and a rooster that adds to the rural feel. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a rural kitchen. We live in a former summerhouse on the property.

Old stable renovated in a rustic style. Stay in the countryside on 4 - longed farm in private home on 2 levels. We have a cozy courtyard where all meals can be enjoyed in shelter. For the home is a private terrace overlooking the garden. There is a large park-like garden of about 16,000 m2 where you can take a walk, walk dogs and the kids can play. Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Beautifully located with fields all around this newly renovated guesthouse is the perfect place for a get-away in romantic and peaceful surroundings. The guesthouse is our former home. Now we live in the main house with our 3 children, 2 cats and our lovely dog. Nature and wildlife is just outside the windows and you can enter the forest from the garden.

Located right next to the road with 6 km to Sorø and 6 km to Slagelse. 20 km to the beach at Stillinge. 75 km to Copenhagen. There are 2 golf courses in the area. Lots of history and beautiful nature.
