The house has a living area of 62 sqm and is well maintained and newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms (one single and one double). In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be folded out. The property is 1200 sqm and offers the possibility to play ball, to make yourself comfortable in the hammock, etc..

Et rigtigt sommerhus med alt hvad dette skal indeholde, beliggende i førsterække til vandet kun adskilt af en lille asfaltvej. Fra træterrassen er der udsigt til haven og kig over diget til vandet. Fra Bænke oven på diget kan man på klare dage se til Rügen i Nordtyskland. Boligen er velegnet til par, familier (med børn) og store grupper.

I vores lille hus er alt, hvad du dybest set trænger til. En fantastisk stjernehimmel, et kæmpe tænketræ og gåafstand til en lækker sandstrand. Her er en hyggelig sofa med kig ud over markerne, brætspil og hurtigt internet. Et veludstyret køkken med ordentligt kaffeudstyr. En stor have med plads til at tumle og en lille terrasse. Slutrengøringen er bestilt og sengetøjet stillet frem. Velkommen til ren afslapning.
