Kids area in the loft (TV and Wii). West facing with beautiful sunsets. Wood burning fireplace. Firewood included. Winter: Skating rink on the lake in front of the cabin (weather dependent) and ice fishing shack available for use. Summer 2022: hot tub not in use after August 1st

This beautiful cottage is at the heart of Steep Rock, it is a great get away from the daily routine in the city. It is an old cabin that has been renovated. It has lot of charm but it is still a work in progress so please take that into consideration when booking! The location is perfect for hiking and going to the cliffs. There is access to a beach near by and steep rock beach park is only 5 minutes by car. (NOTE: Basement is under renovation and not accessible to guests)

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (5 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway, so no driving on dusty gravel roads required. It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski right on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter.
