With 5 km to the center and the railway station, this townhouse is the perfect place for the little family, a bunch of friends or anything else. It has space for two cars that can last for free. I have a fantastic front garden, back garden and balcony with a view of Aarhus. The area is filled with beautiful nature. The townhouse itself is 92 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, an office, living room and kitchen. It is all decorated with lovely colors and my personal items, so it is not only made for rent, but also my home!

In addition, the home accommodates a large bathroom and a quiet double bedroom. The sofa is a sofa bed, and the apartment therefore accommodates up to 4 people. The home is located in a scenic area, only 8,3 km (about 20 minutes by car) from Aarhus C. In addition, close to Skejby hospital, close to bus connections and the light rail.

This large villa is 198 sqm, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Outside there is a lovely garden with large and private terrace facing southwest. The villa is located in cozy Mårslet, where you can find supermarkets and pizzerias. There are nice walking and biking routes in the area, and not far to the beach. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent out the house to families. Thank you 🙏

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 -80x200 and 2-90x200 elevation bed, a living room, bathroom with washing machine , dryer, kitchen with dishwasher , fridge , freezer, airfryer, microwave and oven. The apartment is close to Brabrand lake as well as the city of Aarhus. There is parking space in the driveway on the left . The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. No smoking
