The stay was great! The house was clean and super organized. In addition, it is close to the center, which made it too easy to get around. Sandra was super sweetheart and was always willing to help us. Indico with eyes closed!

Marcio was a great host, it was available the whole time. Our stay was great the apartment is like the photos, spacious with good showers, air-conditioning and working wifi, the staff of the TBM building were very kind. We love the apt for being so close to the beach and a quiet street without noise at night, very well located. We will definitely return!!

We had an excellent experience with Mário César! From the beginning, he was extremely punctual and attentive. He welcomed us with great sympathy and made sure to make us comfortable. In addition, he shared valuable tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was perfect, even better than we imagined. The house is right in the center, close to everything. Super safe place. We sure recommend and would be staying with him again!

We arrived exactly as in the guidelines! Very clean and nice place! Quick replies and everything was as expected! The breakfast with fresh and freshly crafted items, demonstrating the care of the guests… I ordered the romantic decor and put on a great quality champagne! I highly recommend the site!

I would definitely go again. The accommodation is spacious, complete, comfortable. It is as shown in the pictures/description. We didn't lack anything, we were able to cook, rest, make use of all the spaces with comfort. We were 4 adults but the space is for many more. The cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, everything worked properly, perfect ventilation, windows with shutters to sleep quietly, very comfortable en-suite bathrooms, a third bathroom on the ground level that was very helpful. Everything is excellent and ready for a formidable stay. I definitely recommend going to Marcelo's place. He provides valuable information for your stay. Easily reached on foot. The area is very quiet and quiet, STEPS FROM THE SEA! You hear the sea when you open the window in the morning. It is close to restaurants and bars, warehouses, downtown. I can't say anything bad about the place, nor about the attention.

We had a great time in Ubatuba. We were in 3 families and the house served us well. The house itself is simple, but accommodates guests very well who are not fussy. The house was very clean and organized at our Check-in! The house is in a location away from the crowd, so it is calm and quiet. Host Alexandre is extremely helpful and attentive in communication. Lots of good people, helped us and pointed out a nearby waterfall, made our Check-in and Check-out flexible. Thanks for everything, Alexandre!

Paula met us in person to let us into the house and showed us around her home, letting us know where everything was. She even brought us extra towels later in the day as a courtesy. Paula gave us great local recommendations and was always communicative and fast to respond if we needed something. The location itself is set a bit back from town, making it secluded, peaceful and beautiful, but totally walkable to all the stores and restaurants on the island. We felt safe the whole time we were there. Thank you for the stay, Paula!

The space matched the listing, very beautiful view and lots of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to better clarify in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite narrow and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients made available, as I ended up not being able to use them due to the lack of cleaning and replenishment.
