Everything is very quiet. House is in a downhill neighborhood, at the time of the rain the street flooded, but nothing that interfered very much. Otherwise, great experience. Ares functioning perfectly, clean house, big yard where my son can enjoy playing. Excellent business.

My stay at Lorena's apartment was simply wonderful! Since check-in, everything has gone perfectly. The atmosphere is incredible, decorated with very good taste, and I was even surprised with treats and flowers that made the experience even more special. The apartment was impeccably clean, super organized and exceeded all my expectations. In addition, Lorena's service was exceptional: attentive, helpful and always available to help. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely stay again!

The apartment matches the description. The best for me was the location. It was very central, as it needed. Smelling linens and towels. I found the cleaning fee high, the highest I paid by the time in the app.

A piece of home in Porto Velho! Cozy environment, with comfortable bed and pillows. Towel and shower also good. Comfortable house and condominium with facilities such as gym, swimming pool and mini market that help a lot. In addition a food fair on Tuesday or Wednesday night super cosy. Maria made me feel at home. All clean and tidy! Also next to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gym - within walking distance. I will return more often !!

Great apartment. Right next to the airport, big. With everything necessary to spend good days. only improvement would be the shower and the bathroom sink dripping, the rest of the apartment was fine . Were solicited and helped us both by letting us stay a little extra last day and calling us an Uber. I would recommend it for sure.

The apartment is very beautiful and well equipped, exactly as in the pictures, the condominium is very quiet and has many collective spaces, including swimming pool and gym. It is close to the mall and has nearby markets also within easy access.

The stay at Anderson's accommodations were great. And Anderson is a great host. The airline put us in difficult situations, changing the flights with each connection. With that, we arrived at the destination a day late. Anderson proved to be a great partner, sustaining the reservation, ensuring that we would have accommodation the time we arrived. This gave us enormous tranquility. The condominium where the apartment is located is super organized, with 24h concierge, automated. An excellent swimming pool, with multi-sport courts and a great space for hiking, all without having to leave the condominium. The apartment was impeccably clean, with all the air conditioning equipment working, which is essential in Porto Velho. The kitchen was well equipped with all appliances running.

My stay was wonderful! The space is very comfortable, clean and with a super pleasant energy, ideal to rest and feel at home. The location is also great, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was extremely receptive, attentive and friendly, always available to assist in whatever it was necessary. I felt very welcome and at ease throughout the stay. I would recommend, and no doubt, I would host again in the future!

I loved the accommodation😄! Rosinalda is very kind and, even before check-in, she contacted me to explain everything properly, from how to enter the house to the instructions for living together. She even gave me tips on markets, bakeries, and pharmacies near the place. I really liked the reception, the room (very comfortable bed and air conditioning) and the organization of the house. It was a great stay! I would definitely stay again on another occasion.

The apartment is very cozy and all air-conditioned, which is very good since the city is very hot, but the location is very bad in terms of safety, because the condominium is in front of a popular housing complex that is run by a criminal faction, and to enter the street of the condominium has to pass in front, there is even a listing saying that for the car to pass there needs to lower the glass or they shoot, it is very difficult Uber to go there for this reason they do not accept the race there, one who accepted a run, told us about the situation there and that even the previous week had an execution there and so the police helicopter was flying all the time.

Everything was great! Patricia is a sweetheart and was always very helpful, gave tips on locations and transportation apps, answered all questions. The space is great, very cozy, super quiet and private. There is a market in the condominium that is great if you need anything quickly.
