It is almost impossible to describe the height of what my stay at Paulo Autran's house really was. Angelo and Patrícia are the best hosts I've ever had contact with. The experience was of a cozy home, of affection, love and a lot of quality. A very well located place, a breakfast that feels like grandma's house, a lively, friendly, perfect staff. It was definitely the best place I've ever stayed in my life. I wish I could always go back there, where my heart is now. Thank you so much, my dear Pati, Ângelo and Beto!

It was absolutely perfect! The listing does not do it justice. This is a boutique guest house in the perfect location to walk around, close to the beach and to the old town. You can tell they have great taste and class as everything was flawless. They provided us incredible recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area and we had one of the best meals of our lives at Banana de terra per Renan’s recommendation. We enjoyed the complimentary tea coffee and cake at 5pm too! Thank you for everything!

Our visit to Paraty was the highlight of our trip and this is mostly because of our stay at Carpe Diem. Kai and his team went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our honeymoon to the fullest. The setting and location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious (highly recommend the omelettes) and the room was cozy and comfortable (with a TV for that odd late sleep in). Kai took us on a boat ride to visit untouched islands, gave amazing food suggestions and used his local knowledge to ensure all our logistical needs were taken care of. We are so grateful that Carpe Diem was part of our experience and we look forward to being back!

The inn is very nice to stay, all done with great affection and care. We went to two couples, we stayed in the cottage with two bedrooms, all made for great lodging. In a next opportunity we will stay for more days.

This was an incredible location! It was seriously gorgeous, lovely, a dream come true. The breakfast served every morning was DELICIOUS and the views are stunning. What a unique place! If you are going to Tiradentes, I would definitely tell you to stay here. I am definitely planning to go back! 11/10!

My experience at Felipe's place was great. I made my "bride's day" there, along with my bridesmaids, mom, hair and makeup staff for 12 women + film and photo staff. So many people at such a delicate time, it could have been problematic, but Felipe, Mari and Jussara were impeccable in their attention, caring for details and availability! The room where I cleaned and we would spend our wedding night was decorated with affection, they were present to help us, it was really very nice, I was very satisfied. The house is great, super stylish and spacious. And the location is in a backdrop to take the look of beautiful. Thanks Felipe, Mari and Ju! You helped my wedding day be unforgettable :)

André is just an amazing guy. Very good people. I said I was going to check in at 6pm, then I changed it to 8pm, then I ended up doing the 3am and he was awake to greet me. Wonderful place to stay! We felt welcome right from the beginning. The modern furnishings and quiet location provide perfect conditions for relaxation. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. Due to the somewhat remote location, it is recommended to arrive by car. We even extended our stay – absolutely recommended!
