I rented it for about a month, and the location was great for what I needed. Close to hospitals, markets, restaurants and the like. There is a great little square very close by, with a chapel that I found to be the most beautiful thing (I passed by there every day and was delighted), the view from the Flat is beautiful, the Flat is totally organized and useful. I talked to Pedro only by messages and whenever I had questions he answered me well. I highly recommend it!

Amazing!!! Another attraction for those staying at La Fleur Polynesia, where José's unit is located, is that they can also make use of the entire structure and recreation of Hotel Samoa, located in the same complex. The apartment is spacious and very nice. The condominium is a spectacle, sorry that we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities. We were able to welcome our guests. I recommend this apartment. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and has kitchen utensils etc. for a long stay. The view from the apartment is wonderful. It is located in a beautiful and organized condominium, with a wonderful beach for children. The condominium staff are very polite and helpful. One very positive thing is the possibility of buying mineral water in the condominium itself. The only thing, however, was some details about the cleanliness of the apartment. For example, the fan was very dirty with a lot of dust.

Location exactly as described, right on the sand, accommodated the whole family well and we had 2 children. The view from the sunrise is beautiful. There is no market so close, but walking a little bit, very close to Beach Park, there is a complete market, nothing that a walk would not solve. It had the necessary items for cooking, near the Beach Park, everything was organized, it had clean towels and basic items. The Host provided the necessary and clear information. I definitely recommend it.

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The house is beautiful, large, well-equipped and the place is very quiet. The condominium is a few minutes by car from downtown São Miguel. As we went in the low season we had the beach and pool almost private, but the city did not have many establishments open. When the tide lowers the beach makes pools that are great for those who have babies. We love the stay and we intend to return!
