There is a restaurant and snack bar on site.

Charming, unique place with its own style, rustic and modern construction with air-conditioned environment, designed to serve couples and couples with up to 1 child, who want to make their own routine, escaping the limitations of hotels and inns. This space includes an en-suite with a double bed, a full kitchen and 1 sofa bed, and when necessary 1 extra mattress, as well as a balcony with a barbecue grill, a fenced balcony to also serve couples with pets.

Campus Colab is a cozy place for a few days of rest and renewal. The chalet accommodates up to 6 people, has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove and microwave, as well as cooking accessories. It has a living room for two, laundry and space with a private barbecue. The place has a large green area, a soccer field, which can be used during the stay, if available, as well as a walking track inside a gated community.

Chalés do Arvoredo, a space with 9 chalets, with bathroom and kitchen, (not shared) near Lago Igapó, Botanical Garden, Shopping Catuaí, with Wi-Fi, refrigerator, stove, microwave, utensils to make a meal. We always leave coffee, sugar, oil, salt, clean linens, towels, soaps. Come alone, with your love or whoever you want, as long as they sleep together. We do not charge a cleaning fee.
