Our stay was very peaceful, we booked the apartment to spend the weekend in Cuiabá and we had no problems. The apartment is close to everything, easy to find Uber and with markets nearby. The condominium is excellent and the apartment is super spacious, there were 5 adults and it felt like everyone was at home. Victor always answered me quickly, very polite and available to help us. I recommend it!!!

Before I talk about my stay, I want to talk about Matheus as a person. In addition to a great host, an amazing human being. He answered all our questions, was available whenever we called and helped us in everything, throughout our stay, he did beyond what a good host does, including helping us through one of the toughest times we've ever been through. The apartment is cozy, all as described in the listing, great location, flawless cleaning and excellent structure. I would stay with him a thousand times if I had to and recommend it with my eyes closed. I only gave 5 stars because I couldn't give more, but if you can, it would be a thousand.

Sra Irene always helpful and kind. Cuiabá is a city of bad mobility, so the apt is a little distant from the Center and some tourist attraction. There is a park nearby for some walk, mall about a 5-minute drive away. Short periods, I recommend! Because it has all the necessary infrastructure, and with Mrs. Irene always present.

Once again we need to stay out of the house a few days with our two large dogs and Rafael was super attentive, quickly responding to the reservation request. Throughout the stay, the dialogue with Rafael was very quiet, and we had flexibility both at check-in and check-out time. The house was clean, clean and organized. I highly recommend it!

Great accommodation! Starting with the apartment that was extremely clean and smelling and already in an air-conditioned environment when we arrived. Excellent location, all the locations we went to were easy to arrive from the apartment. I will definitely come back more often. We ended up arriving early from the check in time and the owner did her best to meet us as much as possible!

I needed to stay with Clêuma at a very delicate time in my life, with a loved one interned and she was of immense delicacy and gentleness, allowed me to check in in in advance and gave me a lot of flexibility to change one of the guests, she requested and answered me always very quickly and politely. These gestures made all the difference to me, I felt welcome and at home, sure when I need I will stay with her again.

Alex is an excellent host, courteous, available and responds to everything very quickly. The space is very well divided and very beautiful, the photos are not edited to look like what it is not. My wife studies piano, so having one in the apartment was essential for us to feel at home. We took two small children (3 years and 1 year) and the place is safe, there was no time when we were worried about corners or risks. We would definitely come back and recommend it.
