Vacation rentals with a pool in State of Espírito Santo

Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

We enjoyed the space a lot. The place is huge and the people who help with the administration with Andrea are super attentive. we make great use of the bbq area, the swimming pool and the lawn. I made some point observations with the host that were promptly met. I am satisfied! Our family has enjoyed a lot!

Good property with great accommodations! Dona Dóris attentive to the demands presented during the stay. To future guests, bring hygiene, cleaning, bath and bedding supplies. If preferred, bring Air Fryer and Misteira. The location has a microwave. There are some occasional leaks and tall garage grass, but nothing that interfered with or prevented the excellent stay. Suggestion for improvement would be pool heating. In summary, excellent property, good value for money and good people involved. Recommendation!

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

My stay was great, no questions to ask!! Safe, quiet place, market nearby, bakery nearby, Hortifruti nearby, butcher nearby... you can do everything on foot!! The house is great, as soon as I can, I'll be back!!

We were very pleased with the rental. The house is the same as in the photos, Alda welcomed us with kindness, a helpful and cheerful person. Flávia (host) is always willing to help. The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

The stay was great! The place is very well located and close to a lot of things. The accommodation was also cozy, the Marina was great with the instructions and the ape is very good.
