Absolutely perfect. Cute colorful Cabaña right on a gorgeous beach. And inside: everything we needed (a lot of airbnbs are missing hooks, shelves, little things like paper towel, coffee or condiments- they had everything and more! For example luggage scale or mini rechargeable reading light. Walking distance to everything in town (tiny village Hopkins) Strongly recommend!

What a gem of a place. Everything is walkable Hopkins has my heart! Anything you need they live right on property and will help you out. Solo traveling no need to be concerned fun and very safe. Take a walk out back in the morning and have coffee. The bedroom has a beautiful view of the water ❤️

I had an amazing 10 star experience here - the condo had everything I needed for a very comfortable month-long stay. I felt right at home and very safe. SA, the owner, was very proactive with communication and provided so much helpful info (how to get fresh juice and local meat delivered, which days to visit the produce stands, duty free at the airport, etc). Emma and Edwin, the caretakers, are so friendly and are always available to help. Beyond spending your days on the beach, you can book numerous tours to keep you occupied (scuba, snorkel, cave tubing, Mayan ruins, ziplining, etc). I spent a lot of time just chillin' on the beautiful porch watching the gorgeous sunsets with a Belikin in-hand. If you rent a golf cart or bike, you can easily be in the heart of the town in 5-7 minutes with access to wonderful restaurants, markets and shops. I can't wait to come back when SA is also in town because she'd be a very cool person to hang out with!

Great property with many options for multiple families/groups. We had a group of 18 and rented 3 houses, all just steps away from each other. The space has a perfectly small pool, nice deck area, and is so quiet. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We did not get daily maid service and every house in our group ran out of necessities (toilet paper). The water from the faucet is drinkable and the toilets can take toilet paper. The showers don't get super hot, but are soothing with hot weather. TV/wifi was easy to navigate and Beth was extremely responsive. The kitchen does not come stocked with any food/spices. Pick up salt,pepper, butter, oil if you intend to cook. I highly recommend you ask for a cook for some meals. A breakfast fed 16 people and was $150 usd (and delicious). Rent a golf cart & pay to have it dropped off and picked up. Lots of fun to be had in this house!

What a beautiful oasis. Chris is a lovely guy who was really helpful and interesting. If you’re looking for peace then it’s off the beaten track enough that you will be surrounded by nature and chilled vibes. Felt lucky to stay here. The Muna Lodge at Jaguar reef is an incredible and beautiful property. Perhaps the nicest air bnb I have stayed in to date. The staff at Jaguar got us checked in, gave loads of helpful recommendations and helped us with our bags and just made everything so nice and easy on us! Clean and lovely property, lots of amenities and a huge space

We had a wonderful stay in Hopkins! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located on the beach and local restaurants. The peaceful vibe of the village, combined with the natural beauty of the coastline, made this a truly relaxing and authentic Belizean experience. I especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying tea on the porch with an ocean breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience the warmth of Hopkins and its unique culture. I’ll definitely be back!

All I have to say is...PERFECTION!!! We've been renting airbnb's for over 10 years and this has been the best yet. Great location, well taken care of, clean, responsive friendly hosts, great amenities and the most well stocked place I've experienced. I can't say enough great things about this place.

Fabulous location - the house is set back from the road far away from the hubbub of Placencia Village. Wonderful to have our own a private beach with vegetation on either side so that you never saw any neighbours. To top it off was the manager Santiago who gave us our privacy yet kept the grounds pristine. He chopped down and opened a couple of coconuts for us. Great guy.

This stay here was perfect. It was better than the pics. I thought that a place with a matching red fridge and microwave was really cool. Sergio our super friendly maintenance man was just spot on. We had a little issue with the septic system and Sergio immediately sprung into action digging up the pipe that the palm roots did their thing to and fixed the problem immediately. Everyone involved with this property was awesome. As well as their recommended services like Marvin from Leo’s car rental, just up the street, was extremely accommodating and helpful. Absolutely perfect beach vacation location! The view from the windows was magical! The kitchen was well equipped. Jean was a fantastic host! Super quick to respond and helped us access all the amenities provided. The pool, Laundry, kayaks and bikes! We didn’t use the local phone provided but thought it was a super smart and kind idea. We had a wonderful stay. It was too way too short and we look forward to coming back again!

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

Coconut Row was a great place to stay in Hopkins! If you are not a resort person this is the place for you. you are steps away from the beach which has chairs to lounge on. You may experience a few peddlers on the beach. our room was clean and had a/c in the bedrooms. Coconut Row's staff was very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. Complimentary coconut water in your fridge when you arrive and security dogs you love a good pet.

What a wonderful vacation! Having La Rontonda as our home base was perfect! Not only did the house/pool/beach exceed all expectations, we were just a short, fun golf cart away from the village. We loved knowing Reuben and Mariza were available when we needed them but had their home far enough away that we still felt very private, the gate was nice also! A golf cart made every journey into town an adventure, would highly recommend Captain Jacks for the golf cart rental. The private beach was wonderful, we felt like we were on our very own on island. Thank you so much Rene for your quick responses to my many questions! We give La Rotonda 5 stars!

We had a great time in Placencia. The place was perfect for our needs - spacious, comfy, clean linens, and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to walk to the resort and have access to the pool and restaurant. Vincent was responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed and to make recommendations. The house is a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall a great stay in Belize!

Loved the location in the center of Hopkins and easy access to the beach. We spent most of the time on the porch with our coffee or evening beer. Easy access to everything in Hopkins and helpful host with any concerns.

From the time that we walked in, we realized this was a hidden gem. The house was spotless clean. It had everything needed for a few days stay. You can’t beat the location. Everything needed in town is within walking distance. Bikes are also provided. 10/10 for us!

This cabana was perfect for us. It is in the heart of Hopkins to get a really great feel for the town. Very walkable to many good restaurants. Loved the convenience of the grocery store. The cabana is exactly as described and pictured. The loft stairs are more of a ladder but were easy for us to navigate. Kevin and Patty happened to be in town and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning and internet if you need it. We drove from Belize City using Crystal auto rentals. It was very easy and we felt safe the entire time. We also took very easy drives to Palencia and Cockscomb. We will be back!

“This was a great stay—spacious, well laid out, and equipped with excellent A/C, a nice shower, and a fully functional kitchen. Although the hosts weren’t on-site, caretakers were available and shared their contact info. The location is just a short drive from Placencia and close to some fantastic restaurants. One thing to note: in Belize, house numbers aren’t commonly used, so directions are usually based on landmarks, which can make finding places a bit tricky.”

Words really can’t express how beautiful Tamzin’s place was! The pictures really did show just how amazing the space is. There is nothing else we could have wanted this place to be stocked with. Tamzin went above any beyond making sure we felt welcomed upon arrival. Don’t hesitate booking this place.

The White Orchid Villa is a lovely house in a beautiful setting on the banks of the Sittee River. It's surrounded by large trees that were filled abundant bird life that was a treat to listen to while sitting in the hammock in the screened in porch. Due to its location on the river there are lots of mosquitoes so bug spray is a must, which also made the screened in porch that much nicer. There is a canoe available to go explore the river and the lovely Town of Hopkins is a short drive away. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of spices and everything you would need to prepare meals. The on-site caretakers Christina and Domingo were friendly and welcoming. Rupa, the owner was very helpful with suggestions and local contacts for tour guides. She also quickly responded to any questions we had. To top it off, there were friendly dogs with two adorable puppies that totally charmed my daughters. We would definitely come back!

Great location and price. Hosts were great with communication. Very short walk to restaurants. Right off of Placencia sidewalk. Beachfront property. Would definitely stay again!
