Great spot in Potts Point... 10 minutes from Kings Cross station so half an hour from the airport. 15 minute walk to NSW art gallery. Great spot. Loved the Grumpy Bakery & Bar opposite, and the room was very comfortable. No complaints at all. Would stay there again.

My trip was magical! Wendy was beyond my wildest imagination. The view is like a movie and the birds that visit each morning remind me of a Disney movie. Stop looking for a home away from home. You found it!! ❤️

This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it both times. We could copy and paste last year's review. :) Offstreet covered parking was easy to access. Location is perfect. Facilities in the flat are excellent, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Arriving at the flat felt like coming home. We intend to stay again.

Outstanding - for many reasons. Location, convenience, amenities, value & host. Wilson's Newtown was our home away from home for 15 nights. We were very comfortable during our stay. Location-perfect. Provided easy walking access to Newtown & surrounding suburbs. Convenience-5 minute walk to Macdonaldtown station, 13 minute walk to Redfern station. 5 minute walk to King St, Newtown, 8 to Camperdown & Darlington. Amenities-beautifully appointed modern apartment. Spacious, full kitchen, well-lit bathroom, undercover deck overlooking courtyard garden. The queen size bed extremely comfortable, the spacious wardrobe a bonus, as was the washing machine & dryer. Value-certainly value for money given its location & what the apartment offers. Host-Ian is an exceptional host; friendly, personable & informative. The apartment is on the lower ground floor of his home. He was rarely seen and we felt our privacy was never compromised. Based on our experience we highly recommend this property.

My son lives in Mascot so I wanted somewhere close to him which was also pet friendly, clean, comfortable and walking distance to coffee etc and also Sydney Park which I had read was great for off leash walks. Everything met my expectations. A lovely home away from home. Everything we could need.

Quite a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers or couple.

Excellent apartment. Home from home. Location also excellent. 5 mins away from Train Station & local amenities. Everything as described. Allan was a great host. Very communicative & helpful. Bit of noise from station but didn’t bother us. Fantastic base to enjoy Sydney and all it offers.

We had a great stay at Sinead’s place. Communication with Sinead was always easy and timely. The place is so cute and was perfect for two people. The location is great, it is not far from the airport but also close to public transit and walkable to many shops and restaurants. This was a great place to stay and we will stay here again when we return to Sydney!

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah’s apartment. It’s beautifully designed and we had everything we needed for a three night stay. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet and there are some great cafes nearby. Sarah was a responsive and thoughtful host. Excellent experience overall - one of our best on Airbnb

We had a full house at Harry’s place for a family reunion and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Plenty of spaces to hang out, great entertaining kitchen, comfy and private bedrooms, great parking and so closed to the best parts of Newtown. We loved it.

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

Great location. Very convenient with many options for groceries and dining close by. Just a 20 minute ride to the Airport. And last but not least Barry is a great host. Definitely will look forward to staying here again. Thanks

Staying at Jane’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Jane was an exceptional host: responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to making sure her guests feel comfortable and at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local spots and a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing. We really appreciated the little touches—like [insert specific detail, e.g., fresh coffee, helpful guidebook, soft towels, etc.]—that made the stay even more special. Duncan’s apartment is situated right by the big Coca Cola sign in Sydney‘s Kings Cross. We found it a perfect location in that all amenities were only a few metres away, and there were a multitude of restaurants and cafes right on Victoria Street to choose from. The apartment itself is exactly as the photos show. It used to be a hotel and rooms have been renovated into apartments, so its design is long and thin. Lovely furniture, and well appointed. Duncan checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything, and we appreciated his responsiveness and proactivity. Would definitely recommend this host and their apartment for a great location when visiting the harbour city! Thanks Duncan.

Brendan and Max's apartment worked well for us for a short stay in Sydney on our first visit to Australia. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable as a base for exploring the city. It was about halfway between the airport and city center, but only a ten-minute walk to a train station that gave us an entrance to the extensive Sydney transportation network. We were able to get anywhere we wanted easily. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but there was plenty of equipment and supplies if we wanted to do some. We had a good stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

Cecilia is a fantastic air bnb host - Myself and my partner were up in Sydney for my surgery and Cecilia was supper accommodating pre stay and answered all my questions concerning my recovery. I can be very picky with cleanliness but this beautiful apartment is absolutely spotless. Close to everything you need as well!
