A cozy apartmant in a townhouse basement floor. Free parking. The accommodation consists of a room with a sleeping area, bathroom with corner bathtub and a small kitchen. In the kitchen there is possibility for simple cooking. There is microwave with grill function, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. For larger cooking, the guest has access to the house kitchen where there is a stove and oven. Central location, very close to bus stop 166 to Lund, and 174 to Malmö.

But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.
