Hotel vacation rentals in St. Thomas

Really enjoyed our stay at Scott’s place. He was very helpful and even called prior to our check in to make everything easy on us. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the pool and even has a view of the ocean from the condo. We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

It was the perfect place to vacation alone! The best vacation I’ve ever had!

We had such a wonderful stay! The view was spectacular, the location was amazing (3-4 mins away from restaurants, beaches, markets). The hosts are super accommodating. We could not be happier.

Host: Scott and team were great - timely and accurate communication, and willing to be flexible where possible Property: the units ar Margaritaville are great esp for an extended stay. The location is also good for proximity to a great beach and the Red Hook area for restaurants etc. Staff also very good. My only issue/warning to others is access to the shuttles needed to acces the units on the hillside was not as convenient as t should be - stopped running to early and sometimes very long waits Would definitely go back now that I know what to expect but definitely something to consider

Lovely accommodation all around. Friendly folks and really great location if you’re looking for restaurants, hiking, access to the water, etc.

Scott was amazing to work with. Check in/out was very easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Our room was spotless and came with all the amenities as described and we had amazing views overlooking the bay. This was a beautiful private resort with well-manicured grounds. The ocean was unfortunately filled with seaweed during our stay, but the pools were a great substitution. Good food options at the restaurant and the marketplace. We even participated in a couple of the many activities that the resort offers. We will definitely book with Scott again!

Scott’s place was amazing. Our flight got in way earlier than the posted check in time and they let us check in around noon. Staff was awesome and Scott was very resourceful on what to do when we got in , and he called me the night before to make sure we had everything we needed squared away. 11/10 would recommend and will stay here again

Thanks for the great hospitality, Juli and Rob were very responsive and tried to help us with anything they could, very fast check in and out, Resort has everything as far as 2 restaurants, walking distance private beach, pool and tennis court, employees were super nice and offered everytime they saw us walking, a ride! Would recommend!

Enjoyed our Honeymoon here. Was lots to do around the resort as well as the Island. Location is just right for the Ferry to St. John to Megan’s beach. Beaches were clean! Would definitely recommend!

Great stay, definitely would stay again. Location was nice; near plenty of beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, ferry to St. John. You will have everything you need to have a fun and relaxing stay.

My family and I just had an amazing time staying with Scott! He was very professional and accommodating. The check in was easy, front desk and concierge were very nice and helpful. Anyone that has stayed at resorts before knows about the regular fees and in this case also Island fees but totally understandable, no surprises at all since it was all explain by Scott on the description (prior to booking) The hotel is well keep and manicure landscape, room is very clean and has main amenities you need as a family. The views from the balcony were incredible! The market place has delicious breakfast sandwiches. The main restaurant is great for lunch/dinner, good food and drinks. The pool bar is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The beach is a little rocky, we rented a car and explore beaches in St.Thomas & St.John! Overall we had a wonderful experience with Scott and we are already planing to come back to Limetree next year. Thank you for making our family vacation so special!

Very nice resort, probably one of the best hotels on the island, cozy private beach and property is so well taken care of! Restaurants were right next to the beach so had a nice ocean view. The studio that we got was extremely clean and was recently remodeled. We booked last minute as we were flying to the island and Rob took care of us quickly and called hotel to let them know we are coming since system takes a little while to update, because of of it we were able to quickly check in without issues. Thank you Rob! Price that we got was so much better compare to other postings on Airbnb and Expedia and of course the hotel website so we were really happy to get such a good deal! Highly recommend to book your stay at this resort through Rob and Julia! Also one important thing to know is that hotel staff is the one who will assign the room during check in therefore you may not get exact room that you see in the picture.

Chris was a gracious host. The process was simple and easy. The staff was bubbly and eager to help with anything. My stay was very enjoyable. I only wish that I could have stayed longer. I will definitely book with Chris again!!!

Lyndsey and her husband did such an amazing job hosting. we enjoyed every moment of our trip. The communication was great the pool was amazing. it’s very much walkable to go downtown .
