The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The apartment is 65 m2 with a large room, divided into a sleeping area and living room with a double bed 2 m x 1.60 and a sofa bed, 1.90 m x 1.40, respectively. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

Strandhuset

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little seaside hotel. Good, new beds, down comforters, air dried cotton linens, good soaps, the best linen. Pretty much all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, almost 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, it has nooks and crannies, maybe a little bump. It's a house that's lived in.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
