Absolutely loved our stay at Sea Cliff Villas and Sara’s place. Everything was as pictured and described. The unit had everything we needed for the 4 of us. I would 100 percent recommend and we would definitely book again without hesitation. GREAT unit and a SUPER host!!!

Laurie's place is great! It is a corner space that oversees Bolongo Bay. it was perfect for our family (two adults, two kids). Directions were easy. Laurie's instructions were perfect. The place itself has nice amenities. We ate most meals in - the kitchen was set up great. Had everything we needed. We used the pots and pans, plates, coffee pot and toaster. All was good. The shower had great water pressure and the washer/dryer were perfect for us. We rented a Jeep and the parking instructions were perfect. We learned early on that it really doesn't matter what area you stay because you'll be driving everywhere anyway. This place is where you should stay because it's right on the water! Thank you for a great family vacation spot. Very grateful we picked your place!!

If I could give Joyce more than 5 stars I definitely would ! Her place is beyond beautiful with the location, secure community, amazing view of the coast, and maybe 4 different pools in less than a 5 minute walking distance. Her studio was well air conditioned and honestly squeaky clean ! We truly had nothing to worry about and don’t let me forget about Charles !! Charles made our stay and traveling 1 million times easier! Charles had no problem taking me wherever I needed to with a phone call and even gave me tours of the country! The only thing that I can say was a negative that had nothing at all to do with Joyce’s airbnb is renting a car which was more than priced online for me, but even still Charles came through and even told us that he charged us more on accident! Thank you Joyce and Charles for taking care of me you two are truly angels on earth !!!! I 10000% will be staying here again just from Joyce and Charles services to me I honestly couldn’t say anything better abt them !

We had a great stay! Emily’s place was extremely clean, comfy and well appointed! We loved the cushioned rockers on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful view. The location was convenient and safe.

Angelica was very responsive to the many questions I asked. Gave us advice on many things like grocery stores, fishing charters, restaurants, and had a great book with beaches etc. to answer a lot of questions. Also had some maps that were very helpful. We just really needed a quiet place with a view to rest and recharge. I liked that we could take a short drive and be anywhere the action was.

We had a great time! Everything was as described.

The two bedroom condo was amazing! We cooked breakfast, so we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai were beautiful! We loved the pool and the activities there. The beachfront location of the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time in St. Thomas and would definitely rent from Chris and his team again!

This place was absolutely perfect for us! It was comfortable, spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We worked remotely for 2 weeks and the internet worked well for us. There were great appliances. The ac worked well. You are a 10m walk from the beach, or a tiny drive over. The pool overlooks the ocean and is absolutely gorgeous to watch sunsets on. Joanne was so helpful and kind. Everything was perfect.

I loved staying here! Private, peacefule, and a pool, short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would defintely stay again, can't wait to go back!

Our stay at this rental was awesome awesome. The location was perfect for food and walking distance to Emerald beach (water sports at the beach and it's beautifu), the home was spotless, and the host was very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting St. Thomas.

great location. loved the gated community. was clean and beautiful with excellent view. nice easy check in process. very spacious and clean rooms. had a library of books about local area. landscaping was beautiful. the community pool and pool table were great. wish we could have used the pool table in commons area before noon or after 9:00pm some days. originally thought we wanted to stay in Coral Bay area away from the crowds, but after driving all over the island we were glad we didn't because that whole coral Bay area smelled like sulfur. we cooked the majority of our meals. the place was well stocked with spices. the cook top was a bit hard to figure put for us since we have a gas stove at home. if you like infrared cook tops, then you are set. the y had a dishwasher and good fridge and nice microwave. pots were good but pans could be better. had one stainless steel pan that was not non stick. the only nonstick pan was warped because someone probably left it heated on stove without food and then put cold water on it in the sink while hot. Knives were okay. plenty of counter space. dining table was really neat. bathrooms were super sweet all 3 with awesome showers. washer and dryer was wonderful. ac worked well. TV options were great. veranda was awesome for morning breakfast and evening sunset meals. BBQ grill is a nice weber with clean grates and full propane tank but had to use a match to light one side. grilled a couple meals. although this was higher price range than I would have liked, it was overall a phenomenal place to stay. if in your budget, I wouldn't think twice. you will be happy with this booking.

The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

This was our first time staying in St.John. The place was perfect and the view was amazing. The complex is gated, private, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, deck, playing pool, talking to the concierge, and drinks- there is a chef but didnt get a chance to use. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler also came in handy. We spent our days on hikes and at the beaches. Every trail ends at a great beach (Brown, Reef, and Ram- our favorite hikes)! Evenings we had dinner in cruz bay. Many places do allow for reservations. If you hike make sure you bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, and good shoes. We snorkled at all the beaches. We used the markets to buy groceries-the room has microwave fridge with a freezer! We did have a jeep which I would recommend if staying here and wanting to get around the island. We walked to town once but the roads are steep. The host was awesome and I look forward to planning a return trip!

I usually don't give reviews but this one was perfect! Close to red hook and the property itself is exactly what we needed in a vacation home. Everything was well thought out.

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

Loved our stay at this Airbnb. Clean and peaceful. Exactly like it has been described. It’s a bit up a hill, but we were able to walk without any issues. If you have luggage maybe you will need a cab. Ferry terminal and restaurants are very close by and walkable. Will def recommend.

this property surpassed our expectations. The view and accommodations were spectacular. it was extremely clean and the condo was fully stocked with cookware, etc. all appliances and furnishings appeared new and the condominium was decorated beautifully. The property was peaceful and quiet, but located relatively close to Redhook and Charlotte Amile. we were within walking distance of Iggies and Bologna Bay. without a doubt, I would strongly recommend building 22 unit 15 to anyone. the cost was very reasonable my only recommendation would be to change the ceiling light in the bedroom to a combination, ceiling, light, and fan. if we ever return to St. Thomas, we would definitely consider staying there again.

This was our first time in St Thomas, Xaverie was extremely helpful in things to do and places to eat. This apartment was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. You can’t beat the views either. We loved it so much we booked another day! If we ever visit St Thomas again we will 100% stay at this property again!

Margaritaville was stupendous! Like tree was nice too but if I were to come back to stay ok either resort it would Margaritaville! Nadine was very helpful!

The place was very nice and convenient. There were air conditioners in every room. The balcony had a nice view over Bolongo Bay. The grill was perfect and very modern, and the kitchen was very neat and had a dishwasher and all you need if you want to cook. Very nice and I recommend it if you want a quite and relaxing place

The room was beautiful it looked just like the pictures and the Host was super friendly and responsive!

Fabulous time! Super clean and perfect location. We’ll return!
