Family-friendly vacation rentals in Southern Thailand

We would like to say a big thank you to Ramon. He and Mariz went beyond and provided us with everything we asked for. Our kids had a good time at the pool and we had a great time at the villa. The best was listening to the waves when going to sleep. We can recommend the place.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Mein Aufenthalt bei Stephen & Neaw war toll. Die Villa ist wunderschön und die Gegend ist ruhig. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und wir wurden sogar mit einigen Lebensmitteln und Wasser versorgt. Es wurden regelmäßig Handtücher und auch Bettwäsche ausgetauscht, genauso wie es eine regelmäßige Reinigung gab. Generell war die Villa sehr liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details dekoriert. Ich war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal Gast. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel

We travelled with our two boys and love the way we were welcomed . We had fruits waiting for plus . We loved the pool the location of This villa .The way things were communicated were so comfortable and helpful . On request we hit a late check out too . My kids had a blast. Would love to come and stay forever. It’s amazing.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette magnifique maison. La maison est très propre et nettoyée chaque jour. La piscine commune est très belle avec des matelas et jeux. Nous avons pu réserver des scooters avec l'hôte. Le logement est à environ 10 minutes en scooter de Ao Nang Beach. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . Merci

It was so great to stay at Jin’s place! It’s a very spacious and clean house with fully equipped kitchen including a large filtered water dispenser, large veranda, beautiful garden and pool with an awesome view. We were very well looked after, she even organized a pick up and drop off to a special rate for us, which was very helpful 🙏 We’d love to come back sometimes, Thanks so much Gabi

We had a wonderful family holiday across 3 generations at Coral beach pool villa. Seven of us aged 9 to 71 stayed for 5 days in April. Yui our host looked after us so well ordering in food from local restaurants and taking us around for shopping and sightseeing. We also had Aum who cleaned up our mess and drove us to the local beaches. The villa was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The children especially loved exploring the beach and collecting shells and playing with the hermit crabs. Thank you so much for providing a safe, peaceful and luxurious family holiday in Thailand.

Very pleasant Villa, staff very friendly, makes you feel like you are in a jungle with wildlife, the only thing missing is direct passage to the beach. Wonderful stay overall.

Sebastian was super helpful and responsive to all our needs. He set us up with a reliable driver for anywhere we wanted to go. Maybe it was lack of communication but we were under the impression that the house had its own beach from the photo of property from above and the way the listing worded it. And looks like there are chairs or umbrellas or something. We found plenty to do though and for the most part we enjoyed our stay very much.

Le logement de Paul était parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants . Proche de la plage de bons restaurants, commerces, massages. Piscine salle de sport à disposition , machine à laver en commun très pratique . Très belle terrasse . Je recommande

Had a lovely time at the Villa. All of us enjoyed the stay. There was some issue with the AC in one of the rooms, which I informed Yun and she got it fixed within no time. Yun is very proactive and friendly which made the experience even better. Would definitely come back here and recommend it to others. Thanks ✌️

I’m very happy that I could spend a week in Samui in this Villa at Ilona’s resort - very beautiful surroundings in the middle of jungle but very close to fisherman village or beaches and other places. Hosts take care of guests privacy and peaceful vacation which is great! I got also help from John, who managing resort with a taxi to the airport. John also arrange a scooter just few minutes after my check in directly to my Villa so I didn’t have to spend time on that! I would be more than happy to visit this place again! Already miss it!

Daniel provided a great holiday home, it’s even better than the pictures look. Sai and the team on site are incredible and could not be more helpful. Fantastic sea view from the top floor. The location is absolutely the best thing, it really is totally peaceful and silent but everything you could need is 10 mins away on a moped. So many great restaurants, probably the best one you can walk to! I would recommend this to anyone Thank you Daniel and Sai

Beautiful and spacious villa, was exceptionally clean (i'm extremely sensitive and allergic to dust and i didn't even sniffle once). Host was super responsive and helpful in arranging airport transfers and even sent housekeeping during our stay so it was really pleasant to come back after a long day to a refreshed villa. Location wasn't the most convenient however we rented scooters so we had no issues at all. Overall, my group and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

We really loved the house. Stayed for 6 nights with our family. Can really recommend the place. Only enoying thing is that electricity and water is added on the price. Since the price is quite high for this house (to be Thailand) preferably it should be included. Apart from that everything was really good. We’re coming back.

This place was top notch. Not only was it a great place to stay they made us feel like family. Greeting us and making us feel so welcomed. Also included water and laundry detergent and shampoo and other things. Amazing place. Communication with owners was great. I will be back in a couple of years and hope to stay again.

Tins place was awesome, it was close to everything we would definitely come back. Her place felt like home to us and excellent at communication. Tin gave great recommendations, and her house was the perfect location to order bolt/tuktuk, we never had trouble accessing our commutes. Bonus is all the excursions we booked, the roundtrip hotel transfer was within the vicinity of the tour providers. Can’t wait to go back

the apartment was great and host was lovely. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the lovely apartment which was clean,classy and spacious. We would recommend this villa all the way. 5 star rating from my end.

Great guy and a lovely villa. Nothing was an issue for Mark and he was on hand for anything from bike rental to daily travel plans. 100% would go back
