We stayed almost 6 days in the apartment and we felt right at home. The location is spectacular as it is accessible to both shopping centers and different beaches. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It has a spectacular view. Israel was very friendly and gave us all the directions to make our stay easy.

The place is much larger and better than the pictures demonstrate, all amenities were available and the place was extremely clean and organized. Location is great, with market, pharmacy and restaurant nearby. Seu José was extremely thoughtful and helpful. Myself and my family adore the space and will certainly return at another opportunity.

The property is on the 21st floor, and the building is very well located. It has a covered garage (which fits an SUV). One of the advantages of this property is that it is only 500 meters from the beach and it is easy to do everything in the center on foot, you do not need to leave with the car or pay for parking. The apartment features traditional amenities with a balcony, bedroom, living room, service area and bathroom. Everything works perfectly and with quick responses from the Host. It would return for sure.

The stay was excellent, we recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Mr. Guillermo, along with the doorman, Mr. Carlos, we were able to enter the apartment without any difficulty, in addition to having an extremely safe and private garage. Not to mention the apartment, which is perfect for 3 people and a small dog, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, essential to withstand the heat in Asunción. Comfortable stay in Asuncion with everything in working order. Plenty of hot water for showers, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, and beds were comfortable. Ana was super responsive and the guards in the lobby were always helpful. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

Great apartment, I went to work and it made it very easy for the apartment to be in the same building as the office. The neighborhood is super quiet, I felt safe walking at all times. Super comfortable bed, very warm shower, on the days I stayed I ended up not noticing any noise from the street, so I was able to rest very well. Excellent cost benefit!

We loved the stay, but I can't say the same about the co-host Tiago. We had a setback on our trip (which put my life and my wife's life at risk) and Tiago was totally uncompromising, he didn't make it any easier, he's someone who is only after the money, we understand everything about the cancellation rules but there is something called humanity, which he doesn't have. Otherwise the flat is perfect, now if it depends on him understanding something that might happen to you and you need to cancel, forget it, inhumane person.

Amazing place the Beija-Flor apartment! Very cozy, complete in structure, the hot tub is perfect and the whole apartment was impeccable! Communication with the host was great, always very requested. The location is ideal, close to downtown Gramado and Canela but away from the hustle. And every detail of the property, was very well thought out!
