This monumental villa dating back to 1916 is also called “the Pipi Langkous house”. The villa is centrally located between Rotterdam and The Hague. The RandstadRail is a 2-minute walk away. The villa has a very large park-like garden with various terraces and a large lawn. There are two large double bedrooms and a baby bedroom with balcony. The living room and kitchen are spacious. Also there is a separate office and utility room.
