Pet-friendly vacation rentals in South Holland

We really enjoyed this little house! Friendly and helpful hosts, peaceful area, lovely place for a long weekend.

There were four of us and we felt very comfortable in the bungalow. Living room and dining area open to the kitchen, kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, separate toilet, two bedrooms with enough storage space. Large terrace with sitting area and barbecue facilities. Parking at 5 minutes on foot. Location excellent on the lake with two great restaurants, not far to the sea and 35 minutes by car to Amsterdam. Many thanks to the great host Els.

The space we could use was surprisingly large and there was a nice garden with seating areas and a view of the meadow with chickens. The cottage has all the comforts and clean upon arrival. In the fridge there was milk ready and there was plenty of coffee and tea available. Also a bowl of fresh fruit and beautiful plants in the living room. Breakfast is exquisite and is beautifully presented by the cozy hostess in the veranda/conservatory with candles and fresh flowers on the table. The adjacent busy road was no problem for us. We spent a wonderful time at the Airbnb with our dog Bailey. The dog beaches including beach bars in Monster and Hoek van Holland are recommended.

First stay in Holland and head to Conchita's place. Peaceful house, well located, early check-in everything was ready and functional. I did not meet Conchita because we left early in the morning and came home late at night, but the message exchanges were great and we recommend it to everyone.

Without a doubt this is what AirBnb hosts should strive for. A prestige location, with amenities, and a welcoming host. If I could’ve stayed for the month I would have. This location, a former barn is immaculate. The layout is perfect for large groups. The owners did a fantastic job remodeling and furnishing this location.

Five of us, including dog, spent a wonderful few days in this charming cottage. Even the warm welcome at check-in made us feel right at home. Particularly noteworthy is that our dog was also lovingly welcomed – with its own blanket and delicious snacks. Numerous little touches have also sweetened our stay, and the exceptional hospitality impressed us. At check-out, we were just as friendly and would have liked to have chatted with the hostess even longer. The location of the cottage is extremely quiet, and although neighbors are around, you hardly notice it. The garden is beautifully designed and invites you to relax. The path to the beach leads through a magnificent forest that makes the walk a real experience – and the distance is therefore absolutely pleasant. Overall, it was an all-round successful getaway, and we will be happy to come back. Thanks a lot!

The accommodation was exactly as described, especially the artistic and cozy furnishing style with wood-burning stove appealed to us. Certainly not for the partygoer or someone looking for a licked smarthome, but that's not how it is offered. John was always available and comfortable with him. We'll be back for sure!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and communication with the host was completely straightforward. We found the place as described. During our stay there were only a few people on the premises and therefore it was also very quiet. There was only a small minus from us, we had some dust in the clothes rack and some dishes which was not quite clean. We will be happy to come back and can recommend it 100%.

Beautiful cottage, neat and clean, spacious, nice beds. 2 bathrooms and toilets, great! Large, nice sofa, enough space for 5 or 6 people, also a large table, nice with the bench. Good location in relation to the villages around it, quiet area.

We enjoyed the stay. Bert-Jan explained everything exactly and was always available. The house is equipped with everything you could need on holiday. The beds were made, towels were ready. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is enough space in the garden and there is also plenty of garden furniture. The park is very well maintained, there is a nice playground and the Grevelingenmeer is within minutes walking distance. In the park, there is a sushi restaurant and in the village a typical Dutch eetcafe. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

a very comfortable place. very quite and green. The tiny house is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much, although most of the time we were outside in Rotterdam or Den Haag, which are at least 50min away. I can recommend it.

The stay with Lia was great, the place has a dream location. The jetty with direct access to the water was a dream. We felt really super comfortable and there was nothing missing. The communication with Lia was also great, 👍 we will be back :)

A very beautiful accomadation, close to the Beach. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay and more. There was even a BBQ. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of appliances, you were able to cook nearly every food you could think about. The seating area was nice for sitting outside and dining. Would totally recommend.

There were three of us at Rik's for 11 days. Rik and his family were always super accessible the whole time, very quick to respond and great in communication. The tiny house was a special experience, we had nice weather and could sit comfortably on the terrace in the evening. The location is also great, as great places are good with the Car can be reached. Rik also has great tips on what can be done. The house itself has everything you need. We felt at home there. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Wonderful place right on the Lek. Watching a wonderful sunrise and sunset from the terrace? This is where you can do both. Nicely located on a tidy campsite. Clean sanitary facilities. Close to shopping and various restaurants. You can also eat deliciously on the campsite. At the directly connected harbor you can also park the brought boat and start a trip directly. Clear recommendation. We will definitely be back

Beautiful autumn vacation on the North Sea spent in the small cottage near Hanneke! For two people with a small dog, the cottage is perfectly in an optimal location with proximity to the beach, right by the dunes. Everything was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped with washing machine. Hanneke and her family are very open and were always there for us with questions! We will be happy to come back.🤗

An absolute dream! Frida's house has exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect – quiet and idyllic, but still close to all the main attractions and shops. The house itself was immaculately clean, very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Especially the beautiful garden and the cozy terrace have made our stay unforgettable. Frida was a wonderful host, always available and very helpful. We would come back anytime and would highly recommend this house!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment matches the photos and description. There is not much to see in Hillegom itself, but is ideal for responding flexibly to the weather: when the weather is nice, the sea can be reached in 20 minutes and in bad weather Haarlem, Leiden and Amsterdam are also in max. 30 minutes away. An amazing find! Frans’ place is so unique and beautiful. The boat is a fun adventure and Frans did a great tutorial for me. They were both super flexible and accommodating, and their son too. The little cottage is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. Got amazing sleep on the island so peaceful. Very easy parking setup too for my rental car. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
