Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in South East Asia

We spent 4 nights at floating paradise. It was like living for a few days at the end of the world away from the world. Ben and Nino accompanied us during these few days and were attentive to all our needs. Breakfasts were varied every day and delicious ("itu lezat" as they say). We experienced the private boat ride it was an amazing experience (we even saw turtles during snorkeling). If you're planning on exploring the island, scooters are the right way to be independent. We rented them with Ben's help and all we had to do was put them on and left with them. Kayaks have been provided for free to explore the nearby beaches... Too bad the cancellation of the Thursday morning boat forced us to leave a day earlier on Wednesday, and therefore not make our last night... Thank you for everything 😍

The unit is very spacious and clean. The host is helpful but responded a bit slow but people around the building are very helpful. The view from the balcony is really nice. My family enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very attentive. Very welcoming and professional, they took the time to repair the air conditioning for us. Ideally located, while being far from the noise of the main street of Ubud, it is satisfactory. I recommend this place for people who do not want to rent a scooter, do everything on foot or via Grab. Very good value for money! Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and contagious smiles.

We had a wonderful time here. Check-in was easy and the staff was super lovely. Upon arrival we had the choice between two different rooms and chose the Tiny Cabin. Beautiful, small, hidden space right next to a natural stream. Everything looked and felt magical. We got a light breakfast served to our room everyday, which was a nice plus. For a small extra fee, we also got room service from the café right next to the hotel, which was also really delicious. Two of their many cats decided to join us daily. They were super adorable, everyday we were surprised about how many animals were roaming the property, so there was always something to explore. The hot spring in the jungle is a nice plus and really relaxing. 10/10

Warren is a very nice host, he is friendly, and very helpful if you want to learn more about this part of Bali. His family is also very kind. You get a very nice jungle experience at this place. You have beautiful nature and also very incredible waterfalls!

What a wonderful place to have your entire family clan come here. You will have the entire place to yourselves. There is a hike to the beach, but be forewarned that the climb back up is steep but fun. We stayed here for two night, 3 days, and we walked down to the beach four times; check the tide charts for Daraga to determine low tide for maximum fun. Chris is a wealth of knowledge, and I was astounded to learn that the pillow rocks originated from Papua New Guinea; and we know this through paleo magnetism (I am old and this is the first time I have heard of this and it's a real thing). One thing that you may find out for yourselves is that the owners are invested in the local community. They are about helping others and that is good enough reason to stay here - support the local kids. We had a great time, so thank you Chris & Glenda, and the entire staff who took care of us.

A very good cottage in a amazing garden. Very nice people, good breakfast and a wonderful countryside nearby. Mrs. Le is a very kompetent Landlady, who is Always friendly and helpful. The cooking service was great, we got a very tasty original vietnamese dinner. All the best for Mrs. Le and her Family!

I've stayed for a second stay in Tai O, this is a good choice for staying in Tai O

Love the ambiance of this place. Such a hidden gem and for the price point it’s definitely worth it.

The visit was magical. Airport pickup worked and I was wonderfully welcomed by the family. Dewu was helpful and very accommodating. The little house was beautiful and paradisiacal. I had the Garden Room and the view from my cottage was really breathtaking. Every morning there was homemade Balinese breakfast served in the room. The food was very delicious. The excursions I went with Dewu were beautiful. Since I'm traveling alone, it was good to have a guide by his side to explain everything. He also made beautiful videos and photos of me. Since this place is more rural and not directly at the center, you can relax and come down there. There is a pool where you can cool off. I am super happy with my stay. There was also always the possibility to get dinner in the room. The price-performance ratio is great.

A lovely place to relax and enjoy the mountain view, with a great cafe next door. Kim was really helpful- we hope to come back and scale the mountain one day.

3 days 2 nights at Jasmine's house. Feel convinient, comfortable, safe and host's hospitality. 5/5, highly recommended

We had such an amazing time here at Anacleta's Garden. I wanted to treat my parents for their anniversary to somewhere quiet and relaxing and this was just the perfect place! The place is serene especially if you catch the early morning sunrise. The breeze, the view, and a freshly brewed cup of coffee -- the perfect combo we've been craving for. The place is clean, comfortable, and the caretakers were so helpful. The rooms were spacious! And they were not too close to each other that allowed for some privacy. The kitchen had most of what you need. And it had looots of seating! The place is also generally designed for big batches of people. The stay was truly memorable, as someone who is quite sentimental with family gatherings. :) Grateful for Nikki for accommodating us! We will most certainly go here again and maybe next time with more friends and loved ones!!! :)

This is by far the best Airbnb my husband and I have ever stayed at. This isn’t just an Airbnb it’s and experience.. to completely leave the hustle and bustle of Bali and find yourself perched up on a beautiful mountain overlooking the most gorgeous lake with little town below. This honestly felt like we were in France, it helped that Ludos and Stephanie and Manon made it feel exactly that. A home away from home. My husband and I very rarely do shared accommodation but this was beyond amazing. This families hospitality, their quirkiness, their helpfulness is beyond words. Even so they assisted my husband to a local doctor when he was unwell, they gave us countless contacts so that our time there was seamless. And most importantly… the FOOD. We didn’t go out for dinner or breakfast once.. simply because the home cooked meals EXUDED love and flavour, all I can say is if you’re on the edge and not sure.. book it 🤣 Thank you again guys, we’ll miss you and we’ll be back 💕💕

Putri is incredibly hospitable and communicative. The staff went above and beyond with all my requests, ensuring my stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. The lodge is extremely beautiful and one of a kind with stunning views and a peaceful/relaxing vibe. The interior is designed beautifully with unique features that you won't find elsewhere. I spent 10 wonderful days here – and the time truly flew by. This place is absolutely magical. Surrounded by nature, peace, and a unique energy that immediately slows you down. I was able to truly relax and let my soul unwind. Natalie and everyone working here are genuinely kind-hearted people – warm, helpful, and full of care. They really left a lasting impression on me and made my stay even more special. I would definitely come back. this was the best lodge I've ever booked out of asia, the US, and Europe. the whole team was friendly, accommodating and so helpful. they helped me with a tuk tuk for the duration of my stay, recommended a wonderful local watering hole and delicious restaraunt, and we're ready to help in any other way. their on-site restaraunt was delicious and affordable! the shower had great pressure and was warm, and the beds were super comfortable. the pool was beautiful with the plants surrounding it. they also helped us book massages in the room! and everything was so affordable. the lodge was surrounded by cambodian life, so it was a treat to see a piece of authenticity. the whole place was a 10/10. I can't recommend it enough!

The place was exactly how it was presented. The location was quite far from nearby towns but they have a store in the homestay so it was okay. The location was quite confusing to navigate at first but we eventually found the right path

Kam was the nicest host, always available and helpful. The place fitted all my needs. It was calm, neat and well located if you want to avoid the busiest areas. Would definitely come back!

A nice place to stay that has a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The beach was nice with some decent coral and some nice waves at high tide! Convenient to the Hagimit Falls and close to the barge.

We couldn't be happier with Lantala, it's a little slice of paradise and the team are fantastic. We stayed for a month in the apartment which was perfect, with fast internet and outdoor shower. The delicious daily breakfast and snacks including coconuts and mini bananas freshly cut from the abundant garden made every day special. The team are very warm, we felt like a member of the family but also had our privacy. They were accommodating, receiving packages and going above and beyond to help us, for example renting scooters and cars and so much more. The free bicycles are fun to get around on, the village is very safe and peaceful, tranquil and everyone in the surrounding area is very friendly. The nearby beach is stunning yet you will enjoy it almost as a private beach. There is a very good massage place nearby, as well as places to get lunch, dinner, drinks and more. We especially enjoyed the koi in the pond and cats who live around the lobby area and are very friendly and playful.
