Take delight and enjoy a delicious breakfast in this splendid open-air villa in the Heart of Seminyak. Enjoy the high vaulted ceilings, turqois accents and vibrant Balinese decor. Gather to lounge by the pool and soak up the magical atmosphere of this tropical hideaway. Villa Anais 3 bedr 3 bathr ensuite, is situated in a safe lane, in the heart of trendy Seminyak. Located on about a 10 minutes walk to Seminyak's beach and a 5 minute walk to fashionable Jl Oberoi, with all popular and hip restaurants and boutiques. Good restaurants and a variety of Spa’s on a few min walk from the villa. Taxi’s are abundant. The large inviting pool is 14m in length, set in a beautiful lush garden with lots of tropical flowers and frangipani trees hanging over the pool. A cozy kazibu is set up at poolside, perfect for lounging and relaxing. This ‘Bali Feel’ villa has been designed with traditional hand carved wooden pillars, antique Bali doors, stone carvings and carved recycle teakwood kitchen closets. The open Living offers a comfortable relax lounge facing the pool. The interior is decorated in Colonial style, mixed with modern design and Balinese details. The roof of the living and 3 bedroom/bathrooms ensuite are covered with hardwood shingles, which gives the villa the 'feel' of a small Balinese village. A Bamboo Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for an addtional fee. Seminyak Village Shopping Mall is less than half the distance, while the many bars, cafes, and restaurants of Eat Street are within easy reach as well. The villa has plenty of parking for a car and several motor bikes. A short stroll up the lane to the main road (Jl Braban) that runs behind 'Eats street' (Jalan Laksamana) is an easy option to hail a blue cab. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door. Mr Sukra, the villa manager, will happily assist with organising any transportation requirements. We have a very reliable, bubbly and trustworthy nanny available upon request.

The unit is newly-renovated and decorated in minimal style. The total area is 78 Sq M, divided by a sliding glass door, for one relax and comfortable bedroom and one living room with kitchen, dining table and TV unit. Please comply with and observe time and rules when using. Explore nearby to find convenience stores and supermarkets, or walk for only 10 minutes to the Nana BTS Skytrain Station to venture to Siam Square. Our place is close to public transportation. You can walk for 10 minutes, recommended morning and evening, to Nana BTS (Skytrain) Station which you can take inbound way to Siam Square (Siam Paragon and Siam Center) passing Central Chidlom and Central World and further to Weekend Market (Chatuchak Station), and if you take outbound route, it would take you to Asoke Station which is interchange for MRT (Subway) and right at the Station, Terminal 21 - popular shopping and food complex. Going BTS further outbound to Promphong Station, you will reach Emquartier/Emporium Shopping Complex, and further to Thonglor Station which is the most trendy and vibrant area for fusion dining, drinking and entertaining.
