Fantastic apartment with all the amenities a family might require - from a washing machine, microwave, water heaters, water purifiers, clean bedsheets, blankets, etc. The best part of the experience was the housekeeper, Robi who goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and looked after. The security guards, Proshanto and Noyon are also very helpful resources to support your stay. You feel secure and comfortable - and the balcony has a really nice view too! Highly recommend.

This is a spacious and well-maintained place located conveniently near main road, not too far from town. It is available at an affordable price, making it a great choice for those looking for comfort without overspending. The property also features decent parking facilities, ensuring convenience for those with vehicles. Additionally, the host is highly responsive and attentive, making the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. One area for improvement is cleanliness. While the place maintains basic neatness, it is not exceptionally clean. Enhancing this aspect would make the stay even more comfortable.

What an amazing trip it was - Vintage Heritage Stay! From the moment we entered Chikmagalore, Rudresh and his wife (hosts) were in contact with us, guiding us to his property. And when we entered his estate - WOW! We were sitting inside the coffee estates, forest and all we could hear was NATURE! We were greeted by their dog - Max, who took us through the property. Their hospitality was exceptional, the food was authentic and finger licking good, the night sky was clear for star gazing. He even took us to an off roading experience from where we saw the sunset. This place is a must go if you want to recharge, get closer to the nature and enjoy some time with yourself or your friends and family. Will plan a trip there again.

We rented the private hut space in the property and I must say, we felt home instantly! The Hut was so cozy and welcoming and it was exactly and more than what we expected. I wished that the ceiling of the first floor was even higher as we had to crawl every time we had to move. however, we got used to that too quite soon as it brought us all more together. We were allowed access to the common areas of the property. It is extremely well-maintained and it's heaven to be there. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's great we could cook ourselves, make ourselves some tea. Vignesh was a very kind and generous host. He showed us the other rooms which I'm looking forward to booking the next time I'm in Auroville. if you're looking for a place that's away from all the noise, amongst nature, economical, functional and feels at home, this is the place.

This cottage was a fantastic find! It's clean, well-maintained, and nestled beautifully in the mountains, yet conveniently located near the main road. The host was incredibly proactive and always reachable. A special highlight was the delicious home-cooked food provided by the host's lovely family – such exceptional service! We had absolutely no issues during our stay and highly recommend this property.

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck! 

What an incredible place!! This home stay is far from the hustle and bustle of Dalhousie, yet easily accessible to restaurants and Mall Road. This is right behind the cantonment area making it peaceful, quiet and safe. The views are incredible. On a clear day one can see the Dhauladhar mountain range and the Ravi basin! Sudarshan and his entire family are very hospitable. They also serve tasty and homely food. The stay was so amazing that I ended up extending by a couple of days.

The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully secured, providing a comfortable and safe environment . The host Chayya was exceptionally friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions I had and ensuring a smooth experience.

Pushpendra was friendly and extra helpful. I arrived in the evening after the caretaker had gone home and Pushpendra said he could send someone to help carry up bags -- that someone ended up being him :). This was a spacious apartment with everything as described in a very handy location with a restaurant downstairs and short walk to decent coffee, food, and grocery options.

We booked Sukh Sagar to spend a quiet New Year as a family of three, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The host was approachable and very helpful before, upon our arrival and during the stay. The staff was proactive, ensuring our stay was clean, comfortable, and hassle-free on the beautiful Beas river front property. They even arranged a private New Year’s Eve celebration for us, complete with a bonfire and snacks. The flat was spacious, with large bedrooms, a cozy living room featuring a fireplace, and thoughtful amenities perfect for a family stay. WiFi, TV, and ample parking—everything was on point. Full marks for the setup! The surroundings were serene and picturesque, adding to the charm of the place. However, finding the homestay after reaching Dwara can be a little confusing. It’s best to ask for directions at local shops about Dobhi or contact the host for precise guidance. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and made check-in a breeze.
