I just spent a few days in Najia's apartment and I can only recommend it to everyone! This place is a true haven for those who want to get away from the noise of the city and enjoy complete relaxation. The apartment is impeccably clean and super equipped! The photos are absolutely representative and the kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook. But what I loved most was the location: simply enviable! An oasis of tranquility. I had the best time and experience at Ayoub’s place and also best service with his dad. They were so flexible, I got there so early and they were more than willing to let me in the place early and his dad was there waiting for us to provide the keys and help us get to the house. The place has everything you need for a comfortable vacation with family. I highly recommend this place because it is private, clean, organized, walkable, so much to do in Cabo Negro. Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thanks again for this vacation!

Very attentive at all times, for 6 adults it was a little small, but we managed well. For a family with 2 or 3 children it is perfect. Alex is as kind as all the people of Ceuta, awesome.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

Yassine’s place was just the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious and peaceful home to relax at. Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Yassine is a wonderful, and communicative host, looking forward to coming back to his place sooner than later!

very good appartment with ac and big swimming pool and nice host who speaks perfect english. unfortunately the cleaning person didnt have it ready untill checking time, other than that everything went well.

The premises were impeccably clean and boasted stunning views, with a swimming pool and beach conveniently located just seconds away. Additionally, the security of the property was outstanding.
