Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. The interior is spacious, so you can feel comfortable indoors even in cooler temperatures. Communication great, fast and very friendly. Thanks Nikos! A rare place! This authentic stone house on Ravdoucha beach is a little paradise. The unique location - right on a quiet sandy beach - provides complete relaxation with just the sound of the waves in the background. The interior is full of charming details that enhance the character. The terraces all around always offer a perfect spot, whether you want to enjoy morning sun or sunset. Although you have to drive (25 minutes to Kissamos), it is worth it. It feels like a private beach without being completely secluded. The two nearby taverns serve excellent food for when you don't want to cook. Our family has had a memorable time here. The children played freely on the beach with a duck and in the garden while we enjoyed peace and views. Perfect to be together, away from the daily crowds. We hope to be back.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Frangokastello for a week with our three children in the fall. We were very warmly welcomed by the hosts and even received various regional foods as gifts, including feta, pastries and citrus fruits. The accommodation itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the oven and the proximity to the beach. In the low season, the place is very, very quiet, there are only a handful of taverns in the whole area and a few supermarkets that are open. But that didn't bother us any further.

The villa was outstanding, the pictures really do not do it justice. Perfect location & absolutely lovely. Matthaios was a brilliant host , aided by Rena, who was lovely. We had one small problem which Matthaios sorted out immediately. Thank you. We felt very looked after. The welcome basket contained Rena's fantastic homemade cakes & biscuits & utterly delicious olive oil, along with other local treats. We had such a brilliant stay we will be back for sure. Thank you.

Manolis was very responsive. He even showed up personally when we had some miscommunications as to where to park the car. We loved the location. It was a very convenient walk to the area we wanted to be. The apartment had an outdoor terrace with a great view of the water, and was spacious and clean. We would stay here again if we came back to Chania.

Great apartment with a terrace directly on the small beach. Very quiet, there is only the sound of waves, a delight! La Canee is a 10-minute drive, very convenient. Some restaurants and private beaches are within walking distance. The interior is also very good, consistent with the photos and description. Nikos was very nice and the hospitality was excellent! In short, a perfect stay. I highly recommend it.

We had a fabulous stay here. The villa is lovely, inside and out, with a well equipped kitchen, including food staples and a variety of different seating areas outside. The pool is great and the beach is virtually on the doorstep, with free sunbeds (if you buy at least a drink from the local taverna). In terms of local amenities, there is a small shop and a couple of tavernas within a few minutes walk, plus a small hotel complex, where you can also eat and visit their bar. There are 2 larger supermarkets within a couple of kilometres, for which you would either need a car or taxi, however the hosts were kind enough to ferry us there and back, when we first arrived, which was so helpful. Chania Old Town is beautiful and we travelled there on a couple of occasions by taxi (28E) in the evening, but you can also take a bus which stops near to the villa. Finally, the hosts, Eleni and Thrasyvoulos were lovely, regularly checking in without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. Perfect for our extended family. We had both houses. The villas looked exactly like the pictures. Lovely, quiet and safe space for both big and small, right on the beach. A couple of cozy tavernas are close by. The shops are a little further away, so we recommend renting a car. The pool areas were cleaned every morning and the hosts were very accommodating if we needed anything. Emmanuel and Yannis were always available for questions and very helpful. We had a great stay at the villa for a week during a shoulder period. The proximity of the villa to a fabulous cafe and restaurant was great, with only a short 100m walk to both. The villa is super comfortable and decorated tastefully. Nikos arranged a hire car to be dropped off and picked up from us at the villa which was so convenient. We had a late check in and arranged to find some sandwiches from the cafe in the fridge, a bowl of drukte, bottle of wine and biscuits - a very welcome surprise. This is a great option to come and stay even during the low season.

This house was unbelievable! The location was gorgeous and perfect. It felt private but also accessible and we LOVED the little town. The amenities and entire home were a dream and made our vacation perfect. The only thing better was STAVROS the host! He was AMAZING! Left us treats, helped us multiple times with recommendations, and even brought us freshly pressed oil! We definitely hope to be back!

I loved my stay here, and only wish I had booked my stay for longer! The villa was truly high-end and every detail was thoughtful. They had everything you could possibly need and the host made sure you were comfortable and cared for. The outdoor balcony/pool was relaxing and special, with a beautiful view of the sea. It was also close to several delicious restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Rethymno. I want to come back and bring my friends for a longer stay! A special thank you to Marianna for making my check-in extra smooth!

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. A week in paradise!! We had a wonderful week at Manolis's. The house is on the water and the views are just stunning. The sunsets are grandiose. Everything is planned to enjoy the outdoors: sunbathing, parasol, table and chairs, armchair, hammock, barbecue… There are beach shoes to be able to walk on the rocks and a small beach is also immediately accessible. We lived outside and were lulled by the sound of the waves which was great. The house is very functional and Manolis is very attentive: on arrival we found a basket of fresh fruit, sweet cakes made by his mother, lemons from his farm, Raki, beers and bottles of fresh water, dates… During the stay he brought us spinach slippers and fresh eggs. Manolis was an attentive host, full of good advice and very considerate. We hope to be back soon. Thank you Manolis for everything🩵?

Beautiful villa by the sea. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bedding is excellent. The view from the house is exceptional, there is direct access to a beautiful beach, wild, we loved it! Can't wait to come back! Georges was very welcoming and always attentive. He gave us some very good places to eat and we really appreciated the attention when we arrived. There was wine, olive oil, sodas… Thank you so much, we had a great holiday 😊

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back

Peaceful garden and lovely house, we enjoyed our time a lot!

Close to a nice beach and bus stop for a 10 min trip into town. We were able to walk to get anything we needed. Although unit was sparsely equipped and kitchenette was tiny we were able to create a meal or two. Hosts were great and helpful, providing directions and assistance immediately upon request. Pool is tiny but cute. We would stay again
