Let me introduce my accommodation. You can see the grandeur of Seoraksan Daechungbong Peak, Dalma Peak, and Ulsanbawi Rock spreading out in front of the accommodation, and it is located in a place where you can see Yeongrang Lake and the open clean East Sea, which are 3 minutes away. I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. It was prepared as an accommodation for families and acquaintances, but we opened the accommodation with the hope that it would be a space for healing by connecting with good people. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. I hope you can see my birch wood work hanging in the accommodation, read a book while swinging in a well-organized garden, and take a rest.

This is a 1,645.9m2 private villa with a spacious living room, indoor barbecue room, and a 10-minute walk to the sea. Standard 10 people (up to 20 people, reservation available after consultation). There is an additional charge of 10,000 won per person from 11 people. Please do so after your arrival. When booking for more than 2 nights, the additional charge is only for the first day. It is a private pension like a villa used by one team in a pension house (1st and 2nd floors). Each room has a queen and a double bed, a total of 3 beds. This is a sea floor pension of Hwangto earth house located 3 minutes away from Yangyang IC on Seoul. It is a traditional Korean-style house with a large courtyard with lawns and wood burning agung and ondol. 15 minutes to the entrance of Seoraksan, 10 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there are facilities for barbecue in the garden. It's a very cozy and warm emotional accommodation The location was nice, and the small yard atmosphere was so nice that I sat down I kept talking and talking. :) The coffee provided by the host is also good. I wanted to go on a Yangyang trip with my friends from high school, so I was looking for a Yangyang accommodation in Gangwon-do and found this emotional accommodation!!! It was so nice because it was an old emotional accommodation that we were looking for. The interior was neat, there were many accessories full of old emotions, and even the signature fridge pants and floral pants of Chunkans were prepared, so it was nice to wear and leave a photo of Chunkans st. They responded well, so I was able to enjoy the accommodation more comfortably. Shampoo, rinse, body wash, towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, lots of soap, and board games are all prepared. There is a flat floor in the yard, so it's perfect for grilling meat or eating watermelon. I recommend this accommodation ~!! I'll use it next time. Thank you!!

Good value for money for this accommodation, we had a good time, the terrace is very nice! Host was very responsive to our questions and requests, and the apartment was clean. The only downside was the kitchen amenities: the fridge (in the same room as the bed) is very noisy, and cooking equipment is not provided. Very satisfied with the accommodation~👍 The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was so clean, and there was nothing to fault. The view was amazing, and it was a place I wanted to visit again. The host is also very kind:) I will definitely visit again ~ I rested well. Thank you.😍

Everything was good, but just like the other people said, the water pressure was a little weak! But the atmosphere of the accommodation is good, and it's close to the beach, so it's not a problem at all, so everyone can go without worrying.

The atmosphere of the accommodation is so good, the view is good, and the host seems to have a good taste. I always went to a hotel when I went to Sokcho, but I think I'll use this place often. It's right in front of the sea, and it's nice to have lots of places to walk around. There was a comment that the exterior was old, but I think it's great for this price. The boiler was also working, so it rained the day before and all the wet clothes were on the floor, so they dried up. ✨ I'll come again next time.

The owner's feedback was quick and the explanation was kind. You informed me well through the message before I came to the accommodation, and I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and room condition. I liked it on a family trip.👍 I'm willing to revisit next time For reference, I don't know if the convenience store on the first floor is open that day, but it's not 24 hours, so if you need it, I recommend that you don't buy it in the morning and buy it the day before.

I stayed here while traveling with my family, and it was a really relaxing and enjoyable time! There were two rooms, so I was able to rest comfortably, and the bed was really fluffy and cozy, so it was so nice to sleep.! -,? I was really surprised that the bathroom was especially clean! It is cleaner than the pictures. The location of the accommodation was also perfect! There was a discount mart in front of the management room, so it was very convenient to buy simple snacks or drinks, and the food alley was close to the coastal road, so I was able to enjoy various restaurants easily. In the evening, with my family I went out for good food and was so happy! When I got back to the house after a long day of walking around, I really liked the quiet and cozy atmosphere. However, There is no free parking space. For those who come by car, we recommend parking around 5 o'clock in advance. And there are plenty of towels. It was provided, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience.

The accommodation is really~~~ clean! And the interior accessories are so pretty! The location is really great! The reason I went to Sokcho was for squid nanjeon, but it was about 3 minutes on foot, so I didn't have to go by car, and I didn't have to take a taxi,🙂 so it was so nice. I want to stay at this accommodation when I visit Sokcho next time!

You can see the sea right from the accommodation, so the view is great. I was happy to be able to lie in bed and watch the sunrise. The host was kind, and the location was close to Sokcho, so it was easy to go around. I want to stay here again next time. ~

This is already my third visit. This time, too, the bedding, which I think is the most important, was so fluffy and nice, and I like that it was tidy without clutter! I stayed 3 nights as comfortably as my own home~ The sea view is nice, but it's even better because you can walk, and there are 2 convenience stores in front of the accommodation, and the main market is close, so it's perfect~^^
