Perfect accommodation for solo travellers :)

I booked Sarah’s place for myself n 3 teenage kids. Her apt was big enough for all of us to not get in each others way;) We checked in at the stated time tho we were allowed to deposit our bags in the apt whilst it was being cleaned up after an earlier guest checkout. That really helped! Sarah’s apt is sitting on the top of a hill. It helped that Sarah provided a pick up from Incheon for us. Apt was well furnished with all u need in a home away from home! Thank you Sarah, our stay in Seoul was amazing!

I traveled to Seoul with my mom, and we had such a comfortable and relaxing stay here. The accommodation was even more luxurious than expected—everything was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The location near Hongdae Station made it easy to get around, which was especially convenient for us. What stood out the most was the quality of the beds. The mattresses were even better than those in high-end hotels, providing exceptional comfort and support. Thanks to that, we were able to rest deeply every night. The heating system also worked perfectly, keeping the space warm and cozy despite the cold weather. Above all, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Their thoughtful hospitality truly enhanced our experience. This was the perfect place to stay in Seoul, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

The room is exactly the same as the photos, the environment is clean and hygienic, the location is relatively excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to go to the holy water and some of the famous coffee shops in Gangnam!Thank you to the host for providing detailed instructions before check-in and being very warm and friendly to guide us how to get to our accommodation from the airport, really appreciated!It was still a very pleasant experience, even though it was a short time to live here!

This is an accommodation that all my friends who went with me praised it. The quiet atmosphere was really nice, and the soundproofing was good. It was close to the station, so it was easy to get around, and if we meet again next time, this is the accommodation I want to choose again!!

Recommended. Easily accessible with short distance to Line 2. Daiso, convenience store and olive young just nearby.

It's easy to stay and the surroundings are very good

Although the apartment is small, it has pretty much everything you need, even for a longer stay. The surrounding are has a lot to offer, great cafes, restaurant and generally cool vibe that we did not expect. Also we were able to check-in early, which was fantastic. Co-host Tommy was helpful and responsive and we even got help on the spot after we messed up a little bit with a lock.

Good location clean and nice owner room

This is my second time staying at this apartment. I love it because the apartment is very spacious and Great location! 5 mins walk to train station, great food and shopping. Brian is a great host. Would love to come back here again.

This time, I had a good rest with 3 children and a dog. ^ ^ It was the same as the picture, so it was really nice. I thought it would be cold as soon as I went in, but it was so cozy because you warmly turned the boiler back. Thank you so much for taking care of the details! It was equipped with all the necessary electronics, so there was nothing uncomfortable. When I came to Seoul, I wanted to designate it as a hideout ~ I'll come for 3 nights

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

The space was spacious, the heating was good even in cold weather, and the bathroom was so clean that I was able to rest and enjoy it safely.

we stayed here for three nights with my family. the place is not new, but in good condition. in one of the bedrooms the wind blew from the window, so my child and I moved to another room. but the location is very convenient. stayed in March

The location was also great, and the space was small, but it wasn't uncomfortable because it had everything. Anyway, due to the nature of the trip, it wasn't to heal while staying at the accommodation, but to go around Seoul and sleep and rest, so it was quiet and enough to rest in the evening.

Good, good location, good, good location, good, good, good, good, good, good, 10 minutes without climbing on the hill, you can go to the homestay for about 10 minutes, the room is as different from the description and is quite large, the room is very convenient and spacious for three people to live, everything is very complete, and the host is also very friendly and responsive. I'll be back next time

Overall, the accommodation was tidy and well heated, so I stayed warmly even in cold weather.. Above all, it's close to the subway station, so I want to stay again next time.. Heh heh

Stellar accommodation for a solo traveler. I really felt like I was in my own place. Jong was responsive and also left clear instructions for everything, and I mean, everything. There were even earplugs to cancel out any noise from the neighbors or the street, but my stay was quiet. Previous guests mentioned the uphill walk to the apt. Assuming you're coming from Sinchon station, my tip is to take exit #6, take a left onto Baekbom-ro (백범로, the street 'behind you' as you come up; do not cross any more streets!) and then onto the street where the accommodation is located. Trust me; it's a MUCH gentler slope.

The accommodation was the same as the photos and description, and it was warm and thoughtful. It was also pretty and snowed in the window, but it was really picturesque. And the host responded quickly and accurately to inquiries!! I was so happy for the day. Thank you!

There weren't many places to park near Hongdae, so I really struggled to find a good place to stay, but it was really nice to stay at this place. The host was friendly and the directions to the accommodation were accurate. It was cold, but as soon as I entered the accommodation, my body warmed up thanks to the warm air, and the condition of the accommodation was clean and really nice. There was no problem parking at all, and the host always responded quickly and took care of me when I had any questions. Next time I get a place to stay in Hongdae, I'll start by checking the reservation schedule here first!
