Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters. Townhouse with tourist license, in a very quiet area located on the seafront and beach. It has an outdoor parking space. Supermarkets and restaurants may not be open in April and October, as well as lifeguard services, kayak rentals, water scooters, and paddle surfing. About 12 km from the charming village of Fornells, and about 20 km from Maó and 30 km from Ciutadella. We hope you will be as comfortable and enjoy and care for it as much as we do.
