Fast stay (one night). Very well-equipped, comfortable and very clean cottage (almost new apparently) with small private garden, in a very quiet area, outside the city center. Note: both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Good welcome and easy communication (SMS and phone) with the host.

Great stay everything was perfect, the house was just perfect and very clean nothing was missing. 5 min to the sea, what more could you ask for. Quiet and pleasant place . I think I'll see you soon.

We enjoyed it! Beautiful and characteristic house. Too bad we were not able to use the garden much due to the weather, but it was also very tastefully decorated. The children were very happy with the scooters and had a great time in the skate park nearby and of course by the sea.

We stayed 6 days and 5 nights at Cécile's with a 3 week old baby. Everything went very well, Cécile is extremely kind and very available. The apartment perfectly matches its description, no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. Perfect place for a one night stop en route to Vimy then Rouen to Normandy. Easy to find free street parking beside the apartment. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Apartment was perfectly set up for traveling with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Very quiet during our visit. Short walk to see the beautiful town squares and lovely town. The skylights opened to give good airflow as with the sun shining it was starting to get warm being the top floor. The place seemed larger than the photos. Would recommend if you need to stay in Arras.

Our stay at François's was great. The accommodation is large, spacious and bright, equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you need. Large bed of good quality, pity that we had not seen that there were electric shutters. The terrace is large, one side has a jacuzzi with ambient light for the evening and the other corner may be missing a small table and chair to sit and admire the view of the city, the belfry and the cathedral. All amenities within walking distance, 5 minutes from the pedestrian street with all shops, bars and restaurants. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time; the apartment is large and extremely well located whether for parking, eating, or walking. Geoffroy was very responsive and very flexible both for our arrival and departure and we thank him for that :) We would have stayed longer!

everything went well, perfect location, good communication thank you! Cleaning was however a little light, and the 2-person bed should be replaced. but with pleasure we will be back!

Excellent accommodation, well placed facing the lake and the nautical center. Convenience store at the entrance to the building. Wilfried even leaves at your disposal the basic elements (salt/coffee/LV pastilles/towels, etc.) short stay of 4 days where we made beautiful visits (Marquenterre park/house of the bay of Somme/educational farm of the donkey farm/treasure hunt in Fort Mahon/steam train of St Valéry, etc.) Good place to keep… I would 100% recommend it

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment ideally located a stone's throw from the city center in a quiet residence, with very nice private parking space in view of the surrounding paid parking lots. Perfect welcome. Spacious and clean bedroom, large bathroom, very good bedding. We had no problem booking breakfast for the next day when it was quite late and it was gargantuan, we recognize the generosity of the North. host I recommend

Another great stay at Serge's! We came a second time because the apartment is large, bright, very well located, clean and has a very nice view. The bedding is very comfortable . Perfect for a little getaway 2-3h away from Paris by car! We stayed over a long weekend and had the best time. Christine’s place was in perfect distance from beach or bars/ restaurants while being calm and private! Amazing!

There is everything you need in the accommodation, well arranged and with a parking space. 2 steps from the sea and easy access to the city center, it took 20 min on foot with 2 children. All right, I would recommend it.
