Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Solothurn

This year, we visited Marcello & Sandra’s lovely home once again. As always, it’s a clean, charming, and stylish place. It’s also a peaceful, quiet, and calm Airbnb home. Marcello answered all our questions and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. He is a very attentive and warm host. We’re thinking of staying here again.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce superbe appartement atypique pour un long week-end. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement et avons fait le tour de la maison. La maison offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un usage quotidien. Hautement recommandé pour les familles avec enfants et chiens. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et aimerions revenir. Spending time at Sabrina's is so comforting. It's the second time for us, and it felt lukewarm we never left we found everything we needed, and more. The view from the rooms each morning were cleaning off the fuzzy brains we came with from work. Very well positioned, the location allows reaching all important travel marks, within short drives or walls. Interlaken being 10 mins away, and supermarkets being open for longer hours than usually are in Seitzerland, allows proper refill of the fridge, in case cooking is desired for the family. Kitchen worth mentioning is equipped with performant appliances, and kitchenware completes fully the need one may have; both for small families as well as 6 persons as the max capacity is. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Sabine. La maison est grande, accueillante et propre ! Des jeux sont disponibles pour les enfants. Vraiment comme "chez mamie" Sabine et sa famille ont été à l'écoute, serviable et surtout hyper disponible. Merci ! Nous recommandons ! Lait de la ferme à 2km à pied parfait. Balade en vélo Le soleil était au rendez vous, nous avons pu prendre nos repas dehors à l'ombre des tilleuls. Quel bonheur !

Wir waren mit der Familie und der Grossmutter dort. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für alle :) Die Lage ist genial; in 2 Minuten am See (über die Weide). Grosse Terrasse mit Morgensonne! Die Reise haben wir mit dem ÖV gemacht. Das geht, der Bus fährt stündlich in beide Richtungen. Ohne Gepäck ist die Station in 20Min erreichbar, mit Gepäck eher 30Min.

Gemäß unseren Mitarbeiter ein wirklich schöne Unterkunft, bei welcher es an nichts gefehlt. Sie kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento es cómodo, amplio y entorno tranquilo. El acceso fácil a centro ciudad con tranvia. Yamil es muy reactivo y nos ha ayudado en todo.

Maja's little apartment is a nice and quiet place for one person. Large bed, small but efficient kitchen and nice bathroom is everything you need for a stay in Basel. The closeness to public transport, restaurants and shops makes it a place you don't want to miss.

Maria's place is lovely and well kept - exactly as pictured. The kitchen is quite large and easy to cook in. Two bathrooms is always a plus. There is free laundry in the basement, which came in handy on our 2 week trip. The apartment is walking distance to the train station and boat ramp making it accessible to Lucerne. Just a note - there is no TV (which should not be a surprise) - just in case someone really wants one. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which helped cool the bedrooms at night. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the city without the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very comfortable stay, the house was lovely and equipped with all the essentials for staying and cooking. Great views!

La estancia en el apartamento de Janine fue excelente! Un departamento amplio.limpio, luminoso,con unas hermosas vistas,muy bien equipado! Janine y Silvia estuvieron muy atentas a nuestros requerimientos,muy amables y siempre pendientes de nosotros! Sin dudas volveremos a alojarnos y lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Spacious apartment with all necessities, conveniently located near public transportation and grocery store. My two weeks there were very enjoyable. A five-minute walk takes you to the bus, which brings you to the center of Bern in ten minutes. Or in the other direction, the bus takes you to Koeniz, where you can find numerous shops. Veronika was very helpful whenever I needed anything. I will definitely stay there again! Thank you.

L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione fornita dall’host: posizione della casa ottima rispetto al centro, a due passi dal fiume, in un quartiere molto tranquillo e piacevole; la casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben fornita di tutto il necessario, noi siamo stati benissimo in 4 con due bambini. Abbiamo usufruito delle Basel cards che permettono trasporti gratuiti e sconto del 50 % allo Zoo (bellissimo!) e ai musei della città (particolarmente indicato anche per i più piccoli quello dedicato allo scultore svizzero Jean Tinguely). Julian è stato un host fantastico: sempre disponibile, estremamente cortese, è stato un vero piacere incontrarlo, abbiamo anche seguito vari suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare.

Nice apartment, spacious living area, comfortable bed,nice balcony, kitchen quite small but fully equipped. Very peaceful area but only a few minutes walk to local supermarket, train station and the village pub! Thun is a short drive away or a couple of hours walk on the riverside path. The pub served typical pub meals, they were large and cheap. Annemarie and her daughter were both very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang! Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Toller Garten zur Mitbenutzung, besonders für eine Familie. Pool, Tischtennis, Trampolin... Grosse, saubere Wohnung. Alles vorhanden. In Gehdistanz Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es war sehr angenehm, dass wir auch noch später am Abend einchecken konnten. Es war alles total unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation lief bestens. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Unsere Gastgeberin hatte sogar einen typischen Kuchen der Gegend gebacken. Das war eine tolle Überraschung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der räumlich großzügigen Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Das gemütliche und kuschelige Bett hat uns einen traumhaften Schlaf beschert. Rund um die Ferienwohnung ist alles grün, kreisende Störche über unseren Köpfen, sehr idyllisch. Den Ortskern kann man entspannt zu Fuß erreichen, wo es u.a. zwei sehr gute Bäckereien, verschiedene Restaurants mit französischer Küche und die üblichen Imbissmöglichkeiten (Kebab, Pizza & co) gibt. Hier sind wir in jedem Fall sehr gut zur Ruhe gekommen, auch wenn unserer Aufenthalt mit 2 Nächten leider nur sehr kurz war.

This place was fantastic - stunning house with stunning view. Just was extremely friendly and communicative and gave us lots of local recommendations. The house is really wonderful - spotless and large. We were able to explore the area really easily (Interlaken and Thun) and had a really amazing time. Great value also. Would highly recommend.

We stopped at Evelyne’s place for a 1 night stop-over half way through a long journey. Travelling with a baby & a dog, the appartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, big, equipped with a cot & a garden to give the dog a run-around. Evelyne let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule which was much appreciated, and was very warm and welcoming. Thanks so much Evelyne. 😊

Inge is a great host. She made sure we knew how to get to her apartment and printed Baselcard transit passes for us. The first floor apartment is located in a quiet and lovely neighborhood and has good WiFi, all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and access to a pleasant back yard. Inge even provided milk, bread, eggs and fruit for our stay. We would be happy to stay here again on future trips.

Notre séjour chez Cécile c’est très bien passé. Le logement était facile d’accès et très propre. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Le logement se situe dans un quartier résidentiel à 30min à pied de la ville de Fribourg, avec place de parking devant le logement. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The host was warm, professional, and provided clear instructions for check-in, along with great local tips for hikes, restaurants, and sightseeing. We especially appreciated the welcome Swiss chocolate and a guidebook—it was such a thoughtful touch! The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive or train ride to nearby towns and attractions

Elsi is een hele lieve hostess. Ze wil je overal wel mee helpen als dat nodig is maar laat je ook lekker je vakantie vieren. Mooi huisje en van alle gemalken voorzien. Een toplocatie! Wij komen zeker terug😉
