Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sololá

The best thing about the apartment is the view of the lake. It is located on the 10th level. The photos on the page are real. A very good location, it has parking, access to the pool, Jacuzzi and the hotel beach. Close to the Atitlan Reserve and other hotels that provide restaurant service, the town of Panajachel is a 5-minute drive away. Glenda met our needs, easy check-in and check-out.

I will be saving this place for the next time I come to visit! Everything is close by, all within walking distance. The house was everything that we needed , like paradise. ❤️

We were only here for one night but it was a great stay!

We spent three nights in this listing, following an issue in our first home. So we were very happy to see when we arrived that everything was super clean, even the outdoor kitchen! Miguel and Déborah welcomed us with great kindness and even allowed us to drop off our luggage before the check-in time at the accommodation, which helped us a lot. In the accommodation, in addition to a bedroom with a huge very comfortable bed, you will have access to a superb terrace and a well-equipped and clean kitchen! In addition, there is a magnificent view of the roof, breathtaking for the sunrise. The accommodation is super well located because it is almost in the heart of San Pedro so very easy to access on foot. Some reviews talk about noise but it is present throughout the village, no matter what place you choose you won't get away from it. And personally, we didn't mind, we slept very well.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. This place is prettier than pictures and the staff is amazing

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

Casa Blanca was absolutely stunning! The views were great, the house was pristine, and the staff were incredible. There was always someone there to help and they were always ready to respond to our messages and help. We can’t speak more highly of our time there. They gave us great recommendations, and helped us arrange rides to and from our dock.

We really enjoyed our stay! Daniel, our concierge, was always a text away and very responsive. Maria the housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, even in exchanging Queztales for us! The house had everything we needed. Just as pictured. Updated decor and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small. The house had no walking access to the lake. The lake views were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi watching the sunset! The way up was very narrow and steep but well worth the spectacular views! Daniel’s instructions on how to get there were very detailed, but I suggest arriving early since the drive up can be tricky, so buy everything you need for your stay before arriving. Daniel helped us rent a boat for the whole day that took us around the lake and to San Juan, a picturesque village on the other side of the lake. Restaurant/bar nearby highly recommend Kinnik in Santa Catarina for drinks and appetizers and the empanadas from Terrazas Rst. Overall, a great stay with family!

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

Came with a group of 5 Freinds … the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Bbq area, pool, hammocks, very serene and the pier is close by … there are lots of stairs so be aware with luggage and walking. We had Claudia and her mother cook two nights for us and the food was amazing… I would have a list of items you will require so they get them for you since there isn’t a store nearby. You are definitely pretty remote. Boat is the easiest way to get around. I’d come back again and explore the other villages/towns nearby. San Juan was fun with lots of shops and coffee and chocolate factories

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything including the town center and dock. Our property managers Chris and Kris were incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the stay even better. We arrived at 12:30 and Chris welcomed us and gave us a tour even before our check in time. There are also tons of on-site activities available (for an extra cost), which added so much value to our trip. If you're visiting San Marcos, this is the place to stay. Everything was great, although the bathroom was a little smaller than desired and the shower space was not well designed.

An excellent place !! Silvia's place is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. You have to be clear that it is not directly in Antigua Guatemala, however it is about 10-15 minutes from the center of Antigua and Uber arrives very quickly. The house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are clean and it has everything for you to cook, which was very helpful. There is a shopping plaza 1 km away that has everything you need. The pool area is quite comfortable to have a good time with the family and its terrace is amazing for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.

It's an exciting place. I had the opportunity to see the rain on the volcanoes and the lake in front of me. It's an experience that matches any attraction in the world. I recommend it 100%
