One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Relax in this quiet home directly by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open floor plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solar balconies for those of you who want to sunbathe . Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Relax in this peaceful home in rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields of Berga village. Within a few km there is the sea, Bergafjärdens beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.

Cabin by the sea

Cabin (about 55 sqm) on the host's property. Linen, towels and cleaning is included in price. 50 meters to the sea and nice beach. It is possible to use a charging post for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can draw a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cabin.
