we were a family of 5. The location was perfect for us. Quiet but also not far from everything. Amazing views! The house is charming. It was also nice to have the pool as it got hot.

Very good host! She welcomed us with a lot of information and good recommendations for restaurants and tours of Lisbon. The cleaning was impeccable. However, there was a smell of moisture present. Maybe just the concrete buildings that cause this, that we're not used to this smell in Quebec. The little private area is inviting! Thank you Annabella for your warm welcome!

The apartment is located in a very quiet location in Sintra and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very convenient private parking right in front of the entrance. Patricia is a really sociable and helpful person and welcomed us very warmly. Really a great experience ☺️

Duarte was a communicative, responsive and helpful host - we really appreciated this as there's only so much you can research online. The location of Casa da Encosta is magical, the fact you can't park outside makes it all the more special with no immediate road noise. The small terraced garden which surrounds the house is totally charming, offering plenty of little places to separate yourself from others should you wish and read a book or enjoy the view. Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the renovation executed thoughtfully. The feeling of being inside a jewelled box comes to mind. Yet it feels like someone's home and you feel welcome in it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a remarkable region of Portugal. Thank you.

A perfect stay. Very clean house identical to the photos, located in a very quiet area and close to the beaches. Perfect for an extended weekend or even a week's vacation. The services offered are excellent. Very warm welcome, I would recommend it.

The house is just as shown in the photos, the area is beautiful, in a pine forest that takes you to endless beaches, you have restaurants in the same village and nearby villages, which Patricia, a 10-star host, recommended. If you don't want to move, there is a supermarket nearby, and you can dine on your terrace, enjoying the sunset in the pool. It's just been a perfect vacation

Great place within 20 mins of Lisbon and easy access to the beach. Stocked up with everything you could ask for and more...not you're average Ikea paradise. Every single thing has been thoughtfully acquired and put in place. Very clean. Fantastic place with everything you could possibly need. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that is better maintained and equipped than this. Book with total confidence.

Lovely house, great base location for accessing the lovely beaches nearby and having a great place to hang out.

We loved our stay at Figueiredo’s place. Perfect for us as a couple, with a private pool and deck to relax on in the evening. Quiet location within easy reach of Cascais, via Uber or a short walk, with its great food options. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would highly recommend this place is you are looking for somewhere quiet near Cascais.

The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Every detail, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen, was spot on. The location was unbeatable—tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood but still just 20 minutes from Lisbon centre which has amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved waking up to the natural light pouring in, enjoying coffee on the balcony, and relaxing after a day of exploring. If you’re lucky enough to find this place available, BOOK IT IMMEDIATELY! I loved the place as was described in the description which is corner apartment where you have plenty parking space. It's on first floor so easy to go with luggage and since we understand only English, chat based communication helps remove that barrier also. Host Valdemar helped with table fans at right time as the weather became warm by the time we reached, we reaaly appreciated that as we were with the kids/elders so was very much required. overall we loved the warmth/responsibility/ accountability from the host more than aapartment which anyways was very good as was required by us and described by the host. again thank you

This tiny home is the perfect mix of remote and romantic. The view is stunning, and the location is close by wonderful towns and beaches, like Azoia, Sesimbra, and Praia do Penedo. We enjoyed relaxing on the property and cooking meals from home, while having close proximity to other activities further inland like horseback riding on beach cliffs with Lits Horses and cave kayaking the Sesimbra coast with Our Roots. It was the perfect stay!

We felt right at home in this lovely rental. It was so nice, bright, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Kids (4&6) loved the yard and played everyday for hours while we relaxed in the outdoor kitchen. The beach was a short drive with lots of easy parking in May. Great place to stay for day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Antonio was a great host and easy to reach. They left us lovely fruits and pumpkin jam and delicious cake.

In the middle of Lisbon yet enough privacy and space. Thoughtfully designed. The team was very helpful and answered any requests promptly!
