Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Slovakia

We have stayed in about a dozen or so AirBNB's and all were nice, some were very nice, but Veronica has spoiled us!! Now all our stays will be measured against her lovely home and wonderful city. The location, the amenities, the ambiance, and her wonderful attention to detail were all 5 star. And she could not have been nicer and more accommodating. And Bratislava..what can I say...it is a gem. The stores, the people, and the sights are in many ways unique, and we have traveled in almost every country in Europe. The prices - and her prices - are incredibly modest. We went there during the Christmas Mart, and being from Florida, we loved the cold. and the hot spiced wine and the food. The city tour and restaurant shown were also great. The schnitzel was actually more than I could eat, and the 90 minute city tour was easy and informative and I could understand what they were saying. Nuff said...go, enjoy, return!!

We had a brilliant stay at Martins, the place is spotless and is in a great location! Martin communicated brilliantly with us throughout our booking. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay, we will definitely be back!

Vše bez jediné chyby - perfektně vybavený byt se vším na co si člověk vzpomene. Z okna jsme bohužel koukali na stavbu, která nás ráno budila, ale za to hostitelka nemůže. Jinak jsme byli nad míru spokojení. Rádi se v budoucnu vrátíme

Ondřej je milý a ochotný hostitel, ubytování bylo příjemné. Pokud budeme někdy v Košicích, rádi se zde ubytujeme znovu.

Hi:) we spent there only one night, but it was amazing. The place has everything you can dream of and Vladimira is the nicest person possible. It was incredibly clean and beautiful. Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, und die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft – noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Anfangs hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten, den Parkplatz zu finden, aber der Gastgeber hat sofort und sehr freundlich geantwortet und uns direkt weitergeholfen. Klare Weiterempfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un alojamiento 10/10 fiel a las fotos y con una ubicación excepcional, Vojtech estuvo siempre atento y en el alojamiento puedes encontrar todo lo que necesites, cerca también hay supermercados y restaurantes. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos muchísimo la estancia en este lugar.

Pobyt v tomto byte bol veľmi príjemný pani hostiteľka mi pomohla so všetkým čo trebalo a celý čas rýchlo a efektívne čo zlepšovalo pobyt. Určite odporúčam a sám sa sem ešte vrátim

Мы правялі цэлы тыдзень у гэтым месцы, і я не магу перадаць, наколькі цудоўным быў гэты досвед. Абсалютна ўсё - ад якасці жылля да кожнай дэталі - было на вышыні. Відавочна, што ўсё прадумана з любоўю і клопатам: кожная дробязь, абсталяванне, утульнасць - усё ідэальна. Шэсць чалавек жылі разам без аніякіх нязручнасцей, бо прастора арганізавана так, што кожнаму было камфортна. Лакацыя таксама выдатная - зручна, прыгожа і спакойна. Гэта адназначна тое месца, куды хочацца вяртацца зноў і зноў. Вялікі дзякуй гаспадарам за гэтую неверагодную магчымасць адчуць сябе як дома!

We loved every minute of our trip at David's. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us and had everything in it we needed. The board games and PS4 were great for the kids after a long day of sightseeing! We were able to walk everywhere in the city from the apartment and it is just beside the Nivy Shopping Centre (for any groceries/grabbing a bite to eat). There was also the lovely coffee shop a minute's walk away with beautiful coffee. We will be back to visit again 😊

It was very nice to stay there. The aura of the place is very special. The last time I heard the smell of old wood was in childhood. And it's in an excellent state from other perspectives. Clean and renewed! The sauna allowed us to reload. Thanks a lot!

Super lokalita, kravičky vedľa ubytovania a krásny výhľad :) Trochu ďalej od zastávky vlaky, ale s kamarátkou máme rady chôdzu takže za mňa to je plus

Lepsie sme si vybrat ani nemohli. Krasne utulne ubytovanie takmer na samote, uplne sukromie. Lyziarske stredisko 20minut autom, v dome nic nechybalo, vhodne ako na letnu dovolenku tak aj zimnu. Hostitelka bola velmi ustretova, mila a priatelska. Odporucame vsetkym (ci uz rodinam s detmi, alebo partiam kamaratov) ktory chcu z relaxovat v klude a sukromi.

One of my favorite Airbnb stays. The home is cozy and has a well-stocked kitchen. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Naše první dovolená na Slovensku a díky skvělé poloze, blízko ke spoustě úžasným výletů, bylo pořád co dělat. Apartmány čisté, hezky zařízené. Majitel velmi přátelský a komunikativní, přišli jsme si jako doma👍 určitě se moc rádi vrátíme. Zahrada úžasná, plná aktivit pro děti, krásné výhledy při posezení v pergole. Prostě nejlepší dovolená Děkujeme Janečkovi

Extremely warm and friendly hosts - Marek and Ivona have raised the bar on hospitality! Even their son helped us with local recommendations and suggestions. Their cottage is big and we were very comfortable. Ivona checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. They are incredibly kind and nice people. Very glad we stayed here!

We had an amazing stay at Tomáš’s place. We stayed for 2 days to celebrate the New Year's Eve, and we couldn't have chosen a better spot. Tomáš was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We had several questions about the amenities and his Tomi Kid Academy, and he always provided clear instructions and quick responses. It was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best experience possible. Aside from enjoying board games in the house, we also tried the sauna and salt cave, which were available for a small fee. Both were a lovely bonus, but the overall atmosphere of the property and Tomáš's exceptional care were what made this stay truly special. We also made use of the outdoor goulash pot for cooking, which was a delightful surprise! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a truly outstanding host, this is the perfect spot. With plans for a hot tub coming soon, we’re even more excited to return and would happily recommend it to anyone!
