Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. Suitable for two adults and a dog. There is a fee for the dog. Easy access to beaches, walks and Waterford city provided you have a car. Public transport is not easily accessible to or from our cottage. Taxis are fine. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower room, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast looks onto your own small private garden.
