Byt je čistý a pohodlně zařízený, najdete tam vše potřebné i něco navíc. Dostat se dovnitř je velmi snadné díky podrobným instrukcím. Za rohem je fajn vietnamská restaurace. Určitě doporučujeme!

Ruhige wunderschöne Lage im Waldviertel. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Teall war immer erreichbar und hat alles gut beschrieben und organisiert. War ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Witzig eingerichtete großzügige und helle Wohnung mit sehr freundlichem Empfang von Johanna! In fußläufiger Entfernung ein wunderschönes altmodisches Flussbad, in der näheren Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Auch haben wir einige sehr gute Tipps von Johanna erhalten.

About 35 minutes from Park and Ride Leopoldau in Vienna. Big, clean and cozy home. Surround sound in the living room, HUGE television (bigger than the pics). Board games and chess table. Amazing Sauna. In April the pool is not open, currently the wooden bench with the green plants around it in the backyard is gone. The cute red and white poolseats are gone as well... So, the backyard has less things than given in the pictures. BUT, inside you got more things than advertised: airfryer in kitchen, radio embedded in the ceiling in some rooms, 2 homemade jam, the lights in many bedrooms and other rooms are dimmable! Good for people who are sensitive to lights or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The colorful windows in the bar are powered by light as well, giving a cozy and cool effect! Parking is easy. Bakery nearby. Host lives across this home, so if there are problems you'll get it fixed quickly! I had problems with the heating downstairs, but kind host Erik came to fix it quickly!

Tolles abgelegenes Haus mit riesigem Garten. Ideal für Badminton und Fußball, die Spielgeräte standen zur Verfügung. Viele Äpfel lagen auf dem Boden, ein wahres Paradies für unseren Hund. Direkt am Hauseingang ein Pfirsichbäumchen von dem wir Naschen durften. Tina war immer zu erreichen. Sie antwortete schnell und hatte gute Tipps. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Für 6 Personen hat es gerade gereicht. Unsere Vorgänger hatten leider die Pfannen sehr fettig und nicht sauber hinterlassen. Bei 30 Grad wird es im Dachschlafzimmer unangenehm warm, keine Rollos oder Jalousien. Die anderen Zimmer konnte man durch richtiges Lüften gut Kühlen. Die Polster für die Gartenmöbel hatten wir nicht gefunden, was für uns nicht tragisch war. Uns hat es gefallen.

we had a wonderful stay at Rüdiger's place. the house is beautiful, sunny, and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and everything was clean. Sauna was great. the kitchen was well equipped for all meals that some of the things we bought were unnecessary; even had 2 coffee machines! the forest in the area is great for both long and short walks. it is a really peaceful area for a quiet getaway from the city. Rüdiger himself was super nice and helpful, and always answered questions patiently. He obviously takes care of the place well and it really felt like it. I would really recommend the place!
