Located in the middle of the historic district, a few hundred meters from the marina, dam park, restaurants and shopping. The home is 165 m2 + 40 m2 courtyard. It consists of a spacious kitchen, toilet, laundry room and large living room with access to a private courtyard. Cozy house on large plot in rural surroundings, the house is renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains large angular living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back hallway and hallway. 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and on the repos there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workspace. The house is located on large natural plot with possibility of outdoor activities, nice closed terrace, and good possibility of parking on large gravel paved courtyard.

Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pillow in the bathroom A bath tub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and barbecue. Dream bed can be borrowed if there is an interest in it There are fly screens on all plastic windows. The roof windows are not screened.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Our cozy cottage is 32m2, so just a "tiny house". Free WiFi and access to Netflix. Free use of towels, toilet paper, kitchen roll and hand soap. It is built in the right wing of our house. Suitable for up to 4 people. There are some board games for a rainy day. Use "hos os" as a base to explore (southern) Denmark. Leaflets from the area and an information folder are available in the house. For children: trampoline, tree house, go-karts, etc.

Super nice house by Kelstrup Strand - 400 meters to the water. Lovely elevated with views of fields and nature. Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as great walking and biking in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes into the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house is built in 2016 - brand new with nice decor as seen in the pictures.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
