Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Skradin

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles blitzsauber und die Lage war unschlagbar. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem Meer, Restaurants und Promenade mit Fischmarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Toller Ort mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr Hilfsbereit. Badegelegenheiten gibt es zu Hauf, aber sehr kleine Strände und brechend voll. Man sollte sich einen größeren Strand in der Nähe suchen, wenn man einen Tag am Strand verbringen möchte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in der näheren Umgebung: Mehrere Supermärkte und ein Einkaufszentrum. Konnten mit VW Bus und Wohnwagen auf dem sehr gepflegten Anwesen parken. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Es waren nicht mehr viele Gäste im Haus, da Ende der Saison ist. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, nicht im Schlafzimmer, daher sehr heiß in der Nacht, aber erträglich. Schlafcouch wider Erwarten sehr bequem. Alles in allem sehr erholsam und top. Danke an die Gastgeberfamilie! Wir kommen wieder!

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war super schön, alles sehr neu und sehr gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner war vorhanden. Die Betten waren unser absolutes Highlight. Wir haben geschlafen wie auf Wolke 7. Der Duft der Bettwäsche war wie ein großes Blumenmeer 😊 Zum Strand waren es 10 Minuten zu Fuß . Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frane war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, er war immer erreichbar uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit bei dir, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Spacious, neat, and clean. Huge patio with a seaview. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the jacuzzi there because of unstable weather during our stay. The property is away from Split's Old Town by 20-30 minutes' drive - good for us as we drove and there is a lot of parking space in the courtyard. Marijana is a kind and responsive superhost. She recommended a nice restaurant for our farewell dinner in Croatia. Food was superb there and a discount was appreciated. Overall a comfortable stay and a wonderful experience!

Wir haben zu zweit im September 2024 knapp zwei Wochen in dem Appartement verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! 👍 Zur Unterkunft: Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit einem ausführlichen Gäste-Handbuch mit Informationen ausgestattet. Mehrfach die Woche (2-3 Mal) wurden frische Handtücher bereitgestellt. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über zwei Kochplatten, einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und die nötigen Utensilien. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Okrug Gornji und den Sonnenuntergang. Zur Lage: Zwei Supermärkte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, zum Strand ist es halbwegs steil bergab aber auch nicht weit (ca. 10 Minuten). Entlang der Hafenpromenade befinden sich einige Restaurants und Bars. Im September war der Kiesstrand nicht überfüllt. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt sehr viele schöne Strände und Natur zu entdecken.

Eu viajo há mais de 10 anos pelo AirBNB. Esta foi a melhor hospedagem que tive a felicidade de conhecer. Agradeço ao Mateo e família pela hospitalidade, simpatia e cuidado com nossas necessidades. Super indico para quem quer ficar na região de Split. Eu volto para cá assim que possível!

Marija je odličan domaćin. Jako simpatična, pristupačna. Apartman je bio besprijekorno čist i uredan. Apsolutno na preporuku!

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

The accommodation was beautiful, clean and private. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we were able to relax. We loved the pool and clean water in it which was pleasantly salty and warm. The beds were very nice and provided a good night's sleep, the rooms were clean, and we felt very comfortable. The air conditioning in each room is an amazing feature. Katarina was very helpful and quick to respond! The Villa is just a few minutes away from Rogoznica which is a beautiful little town with tons of restaurants and nice views.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

We loved our stay at Tanja's. Everything was just as expected, even better than expected. The apartments were very clean and had everything we needed. Tanja greeted us when we arrived, gave us great recommendations, made reservations for us when we needed, and went above and beyond to return to us items we left behind. The pool area was lovely and the area around Tanja's was very fun to explore.

Senada was verry helpful, responded to any queries/issues extremely quick. The place was spotless and she was very accommodating. Senada and her husband were the best hosts. They had food waiting for us when we arrived and also drove us to the local supermarket to to get some food. The house was stunning, the surroundings and views were beautiful. The pool was amazing and refreshing to cool down when it was hot. We had such a lovely time, and would highly recommend. We will be back in the future for sure :) thank you both for our lovely stay!

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, wszystko jest pod ręka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty, nowo urządzony. Pani Magda zawsze odpowiadała na pytania.

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Vi har haft 5 skønne dage i huset, som virkelig har alt hvad man skal bruge. Ejeren var så sød at køre os ud og handle da vi ankom sent. Området er meget stille med en skøn udsigt til havet, som ligger et par trin ned. Der er både stole, madrasser og padelboard man må låne og bruge. Man kan hurtigt tag en taxa til Trogir, hvor der er lidt mere liv - det koster ca 20€ for en stor bil derind.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
