If you want to eat at a restaurant, it is about 300 meters down to the seal mountain square where a good selection of restaurants are available as well as ice skating rink with barbecue area (ice skates are available to borrow there) , golf simulator and video games for the children.

Dream location in Sälen with best ski in/ski out location. About 20 meters to the illuminated hill with a panoramic view of the mountain! The place has what you need for your excellent mountain stay. Suterränghus on three levels, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sauna, fully equipped kitchen and spacious social area on the middle floor with direct exit to the patio, panoramic windows and beautiful view of the mountain. The accommodation is located above Sälfjällstorget which offers restaurants, shops and ice skating rink.

Fjällbäcken Lindvallen 4+2 beds Including cleaning

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and padel court. Fjällbäcken is a completely newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country tracks, hiking trails and bike paths.

Top modern Townhouse Lodge with all facilities you need in the Swedish mountain. Beautiful nature just outside with great skiing and hiking possibilities. One of swedens best spots and trails for mountainbike. A lot of fun stuff to do just around the corner. Heated pool in the area. Adventure pool area a few minutes walk away. There are also padel area, high-altitude course, SUP-padling and much more This is a peaceful spot which is supercomfy and luxury. Great for vacation all around the year.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Walking distance to cross country tracks, Skistar summer activities, shops, swimming, spa & several restaurants. The apartment's parking spaces for 2 cars are located at the entrance so you are close to carrying in the packing. In the public parking lot outside apartments there are 20 charging poles (MORE) for electric cars.

Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Newly built apartment in wonderful Lindvallen, Sälen. The apartment is space efficient on its 54 sqm, it has 2 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen/living room. The apartment has all the comforts you need for a wonderful mountain holiday. There is a dishwasher, drying cabinet, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a infrared sauna.
