The flat was immaculate. Avril was very welcoming and helpful.

Jeanette's place was the perfect getaway. Beds were very comfortable and warm. The views from all the windows and sunroom were just stunning, we were happy to lounge around when it rained as the scenery was so delightful, we didn't feel the need to go anywhere. Great bathrooms with heated towel rails with good towels. We just loved our stay here.

Great apartment, fantastic central location. Clean and spacious. Furnishing to very high standards. Equipped with everything that you need for a short stay.

We had a really nice visit. One thing that stood out was how peaceful and quiet it was. It felt like we were in the countryside. We both slept well and the bed was comfortable. The location was fantastic, it was a few minutes walk to the city walls and very close to York minster. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend the apartment. Many thanks

Beautiful place to stay for the weekend we went to BOTS. Was exactly as described, included fresh bread, milk and orange juice as well as other goodies. Host was lovely and kind enough to reach out and ask if everything was ok. Would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely and comfortable stay. The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated and felt like home. Access was easy and the apartment has everything you need. The location is very central to the convention centre, shops and restaurants, yet felt secure and quiet. Gemma and Andy were very helpful and friendly, very responsive and ensured I had a pleasant stay. They also allowed me some extra time to check out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Harrogate. Highly recommend.

A lovely Airbnb with beautiful views and a great location to be able to walk into Holmfirth. Perfect for a couple for a weekend stay. Emma was a great host who helped make our stay very enjoyable and easy.

Gina’s apartment was wonderful and in a fantastic location. It was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, and more. We also appreciated the thoughtful provision of basic breakfast supplies, including milk. The internet worked perfectly, and there was a smart TV with free satellite channels and apps like Netflix, which we could easily log into. Gina was an exceptional host, offering great communication and a warm, friendly attitude. We even had a lovely chat before we left, and it felt like we’d known each other for years! I only wish I could have stayed longer to continue the conversation.

We stayed for 6 nights & it felt like home from home, it is a very charming little flat which for 2 people had everything you needed. It was very clean, well equipped, plenty of hot water & efficient heating for the cooler evenings. It is in a beautiful location with parking available, & walking distance to the Alma Pub, although some of it is uphill. We slept well & found the location very peaceful. Probably the only small criticism would be the condensation in the bathroom as there is no window. But there is a fan that comes on with the light & we also discovered another fan in the small vestibule. We loved staying here & would recommend if you’re looking for a quirky comfy property in heart of West Yorkshire. David was great with responding to any questions & queries. Thank you we had a lovely stay.

Myself and my partner spent three blissful nights at this gorgeous apartment, and loved every second of it - we were so sad to leave! The space is absolutely stunning, with unique and thoughtful touches everywhere. We loved the impeccable attention to detail, sumptuous bed, and quirky decor! The location was incredibly peaceful, despite being a stone’s throw away from the high street, and Samantha provided everything we could need for a wonderful stay - including a welcome gift which was such a lovely touch! Samantha was a helpful, friendly and responsive host, which made checking in a smooth and hassle-free experience. We can’t recommend this Yorkshire gem enough and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. We had a lovely stay; the location is wonderful, surrounded by farmland with baby lambs overlooking the seating area! The apartment is very well specced and looked after, with a small garden house further up the hill opposite and an amazing river a short walk across the fields where we went for a swim. The photos do not do the property justice, it is a gem. Would definitely come back to use as a quiet base to explore the lakes from again.

Andrew was a fantastic host, very flexible and responsive. The room was lovely, very clean and close to all the local sights of Skipton! I was staying in skipton for a wedding at the castle and the room is fantastically located!

We loved our stay in York, perfect location as we lept coming in and out when needed. Very beautiful building and lots to do. It would've been nice for an up to date tv but we got out enough and kept ourselves busy.

Great communication from the hosts prior to arriving, did not need to contact during our stay. The apartment is in a great location and easily walkable into the centre within minutes. Very well equipped kitchen , with many utensils, glasses, plates etc. Lovely living room with a comfy sofa and added bonus of Apple TV, plus a DVD player with a selection found in the bedroom. Great double bedroom, with blackout blind, wardrobe and drawers. All in all we had a fabulous 2 night stay in an amazing private apartment! Thanks for our stay 😄

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful Skipton apartment! It was absolutely spotless and felt so homely from the moment we arrived. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed—every little detail had been thought of, which made our stay so comfortable and easy. The bed was incredibly comfy too—we both had an amazing night’s sleep every night. The view over the canal was a real treat, so peaceful and picturesque. The location is perfect—just far enough out of the centre to be quiet and relaxing, but only a 1-minute walk into town. There’s also a car park right next to the apartment which made everything really convenient. Tom was an amazing host—friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and would love to come back!

Such a steal last minute booking on a bank holiday, we were so surprised it hadn’t been booked being in such a central location and obviously the hot tub which is always a big swading point for us. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. So spacious for 2. The hot tub was a lovely temp with a little cover above us which helped with privacy from other houses and the rain. Though there was a little tear or two in it which meant rain seeped through but this didn’t bother us. We were a little taken back there wasn’t a microwave either but again this wasn’t an issue. Everything was spotless. Round the corner from one of our favourite pubs (the crafty baa) and plenty of food, drink and shops around. Thank you so much for having us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay xx

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Windermere town (about 10 mins) and also Bowness (about 20 mins). The accommodation was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Gary and Ange were fantastic hosts, they made us feel very welcome whenever we bumped into them and went above and beyond to return a personal item we accidentally left behind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we visit the Lake District.

A lovely loft - perfect and just what we needed for our 2 day mini-break. The loft was much bigger than we anticipated so that was a lovely surprise. The little touches were great too - fresh towels, milk, butter, instructions for the hot tub, even some jigsaws for the rainy afternoon. Everything we needed. The outdoor space was so peaceful. Even though we were on the farm’s property, we felt right at home, comfortable and had the privacy we wanted. The neighbours were adorable - cows and their calves! The outdoor space was secure for our two dogs. Plenty of room for them to stretch their legs and play on the grass. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here for one night with the Mrs we both loved it , lovely and clean and had everything you need from ironing board to a iron to hair dryer etc , only thing is definitely recommend preparing to cook for your self as there is only one food place ‘ local ‘ the Chinese but acclamation was amazing and host was helpful and responsive

Had a great night here before taking the kids to Eureka the next day. Had all home comforts required plus little touches of continental breakfast. Kids loved walking down to the farm to see the horses, carried on to the bottom to a beautiful field we sat a while before bedtime.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. A perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hot tub was fantastic. The apartment was spotless and a great place to relax. We would definitely recommend staying here and Shayne was a great host.
