Wonderful environment and very spacious house

Even though we were out at the last minute, Maria offered us this super cozy apartment! Me and the dog Manne are both happy and grateful that we had to avoid construction chaos at home and spend a night in the apartment 🌷 Maria is an incredible host. I really appreciate the simplicity and good communication.

Just loved our stay with Monica. She was extremely flexible with our needs and when our schedule changed suddenly. When we got there the heat was already on so the apartment was warm and toasty. There was a sweet welcome note. The beds were comfortable and the comforters warm. The place was very clean. I wish our stay had been longer like we originally planned.

Super nice people. They made things as simple as could be and were super helpful. we had car troubles and they help us out twice. They also offered us to return the skiing gear we borrowed in town so that we could have some time skiing. Really nice people with a beautiful home. Can only recommend.

I had an amazing stay in Bride's flat. The flat was fully equipped with essentials and more (towels, soap, toilet paper, oil, vinegar, huge selection of spices, coffee etc.). There was even a basket with a selection of drinks and snacks when I arrived. Bride was a wonderful host and always answered very quickly before and during my stay (e.g., when I had questions regarding waste separation in Sweden or whether there is detergent available for the washing machine (yes, there is ;D)). The view from the flat is stunning: In winter, you look on the frozen river with typical red Swedish houses on the other side. I saw deer on the river several times. You have a great view towards the city. The location of the flat was great for me. I arrived in Umeå by train and it's only a 5 min walk from the train station Umeå Östra. The University Hospital and University are only 10-15 min away and the city center 25 min (but there are 4 bus lines going there as well). I fully recommend to stay there!

The apartment is a spacious studio with bathrooms, we had a very good time according to our needs. The host is always responsive on the chat. The neighborhood is quiet, sleeping very well, comfortable beds.

The hosts were very accommodating, responsive, friendly and wanted to make sure stay was great throughout. Went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. Would definitely stay again! Perfect for 2 adults and a child. Walkable and pristine condition.

We were super happy with the place. It is very spacious, nice beds and good kitchen to gather in. It is within walking distance to the city center in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside is that you clean yourself, and then the cleanliness of the accommodation depends a little on how the person who lived before has cleaned.

Very beautiful and cozy environment. I had dogs (small) with me and with them I could immediately go to the hiking trails. It was easy to get in touch with Marcus and he was very friendly. The stores were a little further away, but I had a car. Behind the corner was a local bus, which can take you to the store and other places. There were guest spots in the yard and they were found throughout my trip (1 month, May). The parking permit was inside the apartment. I can highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Madeleine's place for two nights in Easter and are very happy with everything. Madeleine is a responsive, friendly and generous host who is quick and easy to communicate with. The apartment is really nice, fresh and modern with everything you could need and then some. Lighting from three directions. Sun on a large glassed-in balcony. Large living room with large comfortable sofa and large TV with large range of entertainment. Great comfy bed with quiet living room and TV also there was a bonus. The kitchen was spacious and has everything one might need for both coffee and cooking with stylish design crockery. We would love to come back and highly recommend. Thanks Madeleine!

Cozy and fresh apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Suitable for me who was on a two-week business trip - good bus connections and a grocery store just a block away, also walking distance to both the city center and university. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Petter was both easy to communicate with and accommodating. I'd love to come back!

We spent a quiet and restful night at the property on the way north. In the evening we were even lucky enough to see the northern lights directly at the apartment. Thank you very much for everything, very happy to come back.
