The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat control on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Very nice area, perfect for dog owners with good hiking areas walking distance to most things. 20 min brisk walk into the city, where everything is with nice shopping paths and friendly people.

We had 5 nights at Karin's house. We are two adults and two children ages 8 and 10. The house is very cozy and was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beautiful winter landscape and the frozen fjord. The house is not far from Luleå, but you have to get out of some small road with limited speed, so it takes about 25 minutes. The drive is very beautiful through the winter forest, and the road was nicely cleared while we were there. Karin is very flexible and accommodating, and we got really good information both before and after check out.

We had an amazing stay! The house was even bigger and more beautiful than in the photos, truly well-equipped, with two bathrooms and a magical sauna that made our stay extra special. Jukka was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond by offering us an early check-in when our train arrived a few hours before the scheduled time. Everything was simply perfect. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! We would definitely stay here again, and if we find ourselves in the area in the future, this will be our go-to place. Highly recommended!

The listing is in a sublime area that is still preserved. We came in winter, the house was well heated and very cozy with glass facades that allow you to observe nature and the dawn. Frederik's parents are adorable, we went snowmobiling organized by them. We can only recommend this magical place.
