Our dear " Grändhus" is completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully situated on the East Beach - a pristine oasis among fishing rods and sea stalls. Swimming walks along the shore of the Baltic Sea. Great swimming opportunities. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus approx. 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Breakfast is available for purchase.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Close to the center, the harbor, the beach, restaurants and shops, the City Park, the bus stop, hustle and bustle but is still peaceful. This accommodation is suitable for families, overnight stays in connection with friends who will play a 4-ball on some of Näset's fantastic golf courses or visit Falsterbo Horse Show. For longer stays, a turn to Copenhagen is recommended, which is just under an hour away by bus and train.

Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue.
