Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located on quiet residential road with only 4 min. walk to metro - which in just 12 min takes you to Copenhagen, 4 min. walk to shopping and Fields, 10 min. walk to scenic Amager Common. The villa has a nice garden with pool and spa as well as barbecue. If you are going to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat in quiet surroundings when the city has been explored, this is just the right property. House with pool, close to the beach

We had an amazing stay in Hollviken at Anton's beach villa. It oozes beach/sea life. Is very nicely furnishes. Is very very spacious, very nicely furnished. Everything was there for us to use, an amazing bbq, a fantastic pool, trampoline, games, toys. A perfect stay for a family with 2 kids. There is a lot to do and see, and Malmö is only like 20 mins away. The beaches on the penninsula are also spectacular. Communication was very smooth, quick, relaxed and adequate. Anton's place was cleaner than some of the (expensive) hotels we used during our Southern Sweden trip. Internet and netflix (on the big screen tv) were a big bonus as well for the kids, on top of the pool. It was holiday vibe the moment we arrived in Hollviken at Anton's. Highly recommended.

Pool villa near the sea!

Great place to stay in a great location. We stayed there on a sunny day and could swim in both the sea and pool, and enjoy nice social areas. Jonas was very helpful. I can highly recommend this!

We visted Malmö for the floorball ("innebandy") world cup at the Malmö Arena. With a group of 8 friends, we always had a pleasant time at the apparment with plenty of space to relax, sleep and eat. Joe's a wonderful host, giving us all the information we needed in advance. There's nothing to complain, we just want to thank Joe and his family for the wonderful time he gave us in Malmö - Tack så mycket!

The modern two-story house features a clean, minimalist design with a combination of white and a warm orange exterior. A front entrance is visible, alongside a small outdoor area with bicycles parked nearby. Large windows offer glimpses of natural light illuminating the spaces within.

It was exactly like the pictures! The hosts were very attentive and answered our questions in a timely manner. Plenty of beds and a great location. Getting the keys was a bit difficult but they did have step by step instructions - there were some technical issues on my end, but it all worked out. The fact that they provided bikes was great! Would stay again
