From the apartment's own tarasse you can follow the life of the lake in a multitude of different birds, and everything from kayaks to regular boats. Most beautiful hikes, MTB tracks, fishing water, etc. From the cozy mountain town of Laven, the train runs in a short time to Ry, Silkeborg, Sejs, Aarhus , the station is only 400m from the apartment. There is no internal staircase between the floors, and there is a private entrance to the apartment.

IMPORTANT: No access in basement and garden. No other guests may be invited in the apartment without agreement with the landlord. If you want to swim, there are opportunities close by with Skanderborg Bybad and Søbadet.

Make some unforgettable memories in this unique and family-friendly home, with direct access to Julsø, at Ry. The serene area allows for total relaxation and a re-connect with nature. The apartment has the possibility of accommodation for up to 4 people but adjacent rooms with external access, allowing for up to 10 people. You can fish, swim, and sail on the lake right at your fingertips. You can hike in the forest (Himmelbjerget is a neighbor) and on Denmark's Tag, the mountain biking routes are many.

Large apartment with two bedrooms, private bathroom, kitchen and large living room with dining area, corner sofa and flat screen. We rent out the ground floor of our house (100 sqm with private entrance) . The apartment has everything you need for a cozy stay. We are located with some of Jutland's most beautiful nature right outside the door as well as a two minute drive to Stilling Badesø which, with its clean water with blue flag, small sandy beach and bathing jetty, is a small Mecca in the summer.

Stay centrally in Skanderborg with 10 minutes walk to the city's many shops and eateries. There is a 5 min walk to the forest and the lake with jetty, canoe rental, mountain bike tracks and hiking trails, as well as a 12 min walk to the station by train to Aarhus (15 min.) Silkeborg and Copenhagen. It is 3 km to the E45. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of entrance hall, living room, room, bathroom and kitchenette. The house has a large south-facing terrace and a lovely garden.

Private ground floor of our house with private entrance and views of our large garden. Tea and coffee is provided for our guests in the small kitchenette (there is NOT a stove/hob or oven available). However, there IS A microwave, kettle,egg cooker and a toaster, as well as a fridge. From the bedroom there is access to a nice terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Enjoy a cold glass of rosé outdoors or relax in the hot tub.
