The cabin is located by itself, right by the water's edge and with a road all the way up. About 20 minutes by car to Ed. The cabin is newly renovated from 2023 and has everything to do for a break from everyday life. Great outdoor areas, and glazed outdoor area. Guests are free to use the two canoes and sup boards that are in the cabin. There is running water for shower, toilet and dishwasher. Water for drinking and cooking has to be brought.

The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell Winterland. Very 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country skiing trails. The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
