Vacation rentals with lake access in Skaftö

We rented this place for a weekend in December with the whole family to celebrate my dad who turned 60. An incredibly nice house located right next to the sea. Flexible check-in and check-out and easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely like to come back here again!

Fantastic weekend as this dream cabin - we easily fit nine girlfriends and had such a wonderful time! It had everything one needs, and great outdoor facilities as well. We opted for a taxi-boat into the island, and Sara was so helpful in her communication, tips, flexibility and hospitality during the stay. We also used the sauna which had a beautiful view of the sea, and swam all day long. Sara and her husband was so great with planning and ensuring the sauna was hot for us, and flexible and kind. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Nice accommodation, where we felt at home, in a quiet area surrounded by forest and water. House is as described and as shown in the photos. And deer seen in the backyard! Enjoyed the tranquility and there are plenty of opportunities in the area to recreate. We swam, sumped, hiked, visited Marstrand and Pilane. Had a wonderful holiday!

We spent 4 nights in Karin and Magnus' guesthouse. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. We felt welcome and they made sure we had a nice stay. Contact went well and they responded quickly to questions. You can walk to a private beach in a few minutes for a refreshing swim. For us it was a great place to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay with the host Niclas in Hälleviksstrand between July 27 and August 3. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. The newly built sea house was a perfect combination of modern standards and quaint charm, with its own dock that really put the finishing touches. The house was spacious and well planned with all the amenities we needed. The living room with kitchen was fully equipped, and it was a delight to cook while looking out at the ocean. The balcony and patio by the dock were wonderful places to spend the evenings. The bedrooms were comfortable and offered plenty of room for everyone. The surroundings were just as impressive, with beautiful nature and the proximity to Hotel Strana that provided extra convenience. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to experience a peaceful and scenic seaside holiday. I was staying for World Masters Athletics event and Rita’s place was perfect, I could store food in the fridge with a small freezer and cook with oven hob and microwave. I hired a car as my venues were spread out but public transport Is also easily accessible. Rita and her husband are wonderful hosts, always helpful and responsive. The view is amazing and whilst Rita was keeping their gorgeous dog away I enjoy animals so was happy to meet Frankie who is as friendly as his owners. A charning, simple apartment exactly as described perfect for my stay😊

We spent 2 nights at Marie's in the charming little village where she lives. The accommodation was perfectly clean, perfect for 2 people and a dog!! Right in front of the sea, wooden terrace and ladder for morning bathing as many Swedes do. The place is very quiet, bikes are kindly loaned. Very nice coast and a great fishmonger in the village next door. A bottle of chilled white wine upon arrival. And Marie's kindness! Perfect for a short stay on the island!

Fantastic stay, I ended up not being well for one of the days so spent more time in the Airbnb than planned. It was so well equipped, spacious and had a lovely vibe that it ended up being a wonderful stay even though I wasn’t 100% well. One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 nights at Catarina's place, we could have easily spent more time. The place was very clean and nice to be in. It was easy to get by bus to Gothenburg and with the car out to the archipelago. We enjoyed walking to the small bathing place, it was magical to swim there, both in the morning and at sunset. It was quiet everywhere. We really hope to return. We can highly recommend the place.

The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and very beautiful. The location was wonderful, the views were great. It was very peaceful at the end of August.

The place was exceptionally very clean. It was very nicely decorated and attention was paid to every detail. Lena answered questions immediately and was also on site immediately at check-in and showed us everything. We will be happy to come back.

Awesome place! We had a great time and had a lovely stay. We bathed from the pier, enjoyed good food at the restaurant Hjalmars and the whole family of 4 and 2 dogs give the place the best rataing!

Lovely cottage in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for folks who want to stay a few minutes away from the main town of Lysekil. Full kitchen is great for making meals. Beds upstairs are very comfortable. Steep stairs to second floor may be challenging for folks with mobility concerns, but sturdy handrail is present. Host is very responsive and kind. Do not miss this amazing place!

We had a wonderful stay at this very cozy and comfortable cabin. The cabin is placed in beautiful, quiet surroundings close to the woods and to the sea. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. Fredrik is a very friendly and helpful host, and the neighbors are friendly, too. We will definitely recommend it.

cozy people. nice and quiet place, really liked that we got a separate floor/basement with bathroom and kitchen to ourselves, was there no more than one night but would love to come again if we are nearby. Recommended

My boyfriend and I stayed in the cabin with Andreas and Ellen after three lovely days at Tjörn. We were very happy with that. Beautiful surroundings and a nice, clean, functional and cozy cabin. Here was everything we needed. Andreas was helpful and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!
