The house is from 1666 The townhouse contains a kitchenette, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, as well as a dining room and TV room. The house contains 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Via the terrace, there is access to the annex with additional sleeping space for 2 people.NOTE!! In the winter months, the annex is closed, so the house is only for 4 people in the period October to March.

THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

A 40 m2 apartment that is totally renovated in an older country estate. The most adventurous hiking opportunities on your own horse or hiking. You can bring a horse, which will be able to come on the fold or/and in the box. We have good fishing opportunities in Ribe Å, ask upon arrival. It is 6 km in amazing nature in the dike (bike/gob) into the center of Ribe. Fire pit, outdoor pizza oven and shelter may be used during stays.
